Tracey never been anything but kind and professional, even when she’s busy. today I had six packages to send and without even asking the customers names on each of the tracking numbers, so I could let them know and not get confused. Little things like this are so appreciated, she’s so g great to deal with and always wishes you well, even when she’s flat out and the only working.”

“I came across Central Health Clinic from Grabone, was at the time trying to find a place to fix my back injury which happened over a year ago. I had seen quite many clinics, you name it in town, but never was able to get my back totally fixed - the remaining 20% was just so hard to get it away and I lost confidence from time to time. This clinic - it is definitely not the best appealing place, I agree with some of the reviewers. But this is not what I went to this clinic for. The clinician - David is not a talkative person, but very professional The treatments - I found my back starting to become better after 3 -4 sessions, which I have not experienced before. The session - it is about a couple of needles, bone adjustments and clinical massage. But you will be surprised how much these treatments can help your body, a typical 40-50minute session is well enough. Like all other treatments, things are not going to get better until a treatment period, typically 5-10 sessions. This clinic is not about selling massage service as some are after, it is a clinic good at treating body pains, injuries or other health issues. I have no hesitation to recommend it to you if you are after a genuine traditional Chinese clinic to help you improve your health condition. Many thanks to David and all the best to everyone!”

“I took my very old poochon here and after i drooped him off i felt very happy, i explained the issues with Louie being old and dibetic and that he reacted to the loud hairdryer noises, The owner went through the options and siad he would look after Louie and when i picked louire up i was exptremem;y pleased they took extra time to brush out the mats in his wool coat. definately going back. The best groom louie has had in many years”

“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience, my positive experience, with Edinburgh Reality - Dunedin. And, no, this is not a paid add. This is real. When I moved to NZ, many people warned me about rental companies, so I was hesitant at first, but now I will gladly use and recommend Edinburgh in the future. I had an unfortunate situation in that after I signed a contract for a rental property I noticed black mould in many places that I didn't notice on my first visit. Quite promptly, Simone, one of the managers, got involved and sorted a cleaner to come clean and inspect it. It turned out the problem was worse than I thought and I was getting sick in that place, likely because of the mould. I thought I was stuck, but I got advice form the tribunal and others and amicably worked towards a solution. In fact, the solution that Simone proposed was actually better than I expected. She worked kindly and quickly on my case and in fact found a better place for me, a newer place, and helped me get a favourable weekly rate, too. I was impressed. I was quite worried that I was stuck in a horrible situation, but Simone and the team sorted it out quickly, kindly, and professionally. For that, I am grateful as it saved my trip in NZ, turning a negative experience into a positive one. Thanks, Simone! And thanks to the team at Edinburgh for solving this issue swiftly and amicably. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I found everyone there to be quite friendly, from management to receptionists and even to their contractors. I'm glad I went with them.”
