    Totally Disappointed to the Max !!!!!!! ( 4 shirts go in and come out looking like they have being in the tumble dryer ..!!!!! Even show the reception. Wen I pick up. !!!!!! EXPENSIVE shirt that have been in a washing machine ????????

    Worst dry cleaning experience ever ! Will never set a foot in that shop ever again !! Ever. I dropped 2 coats to be cleaned. It began strangely when the shop attendant pick the coats without asking any questions about what to be done, which is very unusual for a dry cleaning service. I stopped her from taking the coat away before pointing out the spots I wanted removed on the first one, and showing her the collar of the second one that needed special care and attention. When I picked it up a few days later, the collar was absolutely ruined, and the coat that I had for 10 years absolutely massacred. The coat came with a letter in an envelope. Where you expect at least an apology, the letter was to my biggest surprise, accusing me of being responsible for it all. I could hardly believe it. The tone was rude and insulting, specifying that I did not leave any instructions, that "we're not chemist nor fabric specialist" and that the collar "was not fit for pupose". Basically all my fault, while the coat had been dry cleaned at my local laundry in Paris several times without any problems. And instead of phoning and explaining the situation with an apology, management decided it was better to accuse the client. Great stuff. When I phone the management, absolutely furious, I was advised that the person was away but the messaged would be passed on, and was promised to be called back within 24hrs. It's been a week, and nothing of course. Not only the service is miserable, but customer service is atrocious, insulting and rude, and the management doesn't even have the courage to apologize and face their mistake. Thing happen, it's only a coat, but I this was dealt with the worst way possible. I'm sorry I have to put t least 1 star for the review, zero would have been far more appropriate. If you are contemplating using a dry-cleaning service,I only have one advice : RUN AWAY FROM PREENS !

    Was charged $20 extra from what they told me it would be. They also didn’t give me my original coat hanger back, instead I got a cheap wire one and never got my nice suit one back.

    I am here now they lost my Jacket at another location, apparently they do not do their own suit press at this location...they do it at a factory. Not sure how my jacket was dropped off at the wrong location but the lack of communication at this place is something that needs to be changed.
