   HORRIBLE NAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got a mani and pedi done. I spent almost 2hrs there and paid $130. After I left the nails on all of my fingers started chipping off within 3hrs. I took time to drive back to let them know what happened and advised I was flying to Melbourne for holiday and would be back in 4 days but didn't have additional time to get them fixed that day. They refused to give me a voucher to fix it and were extremely ignorant and rude. The lady grabbed my hand very tightly to make me be quite when I said that I wouldn't be coming back. Here are the pics 1 day after getting my nails done and now i have very bad hangnails from the crappy job they did. I also now have to spend more money and time getting them redone in AUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER SHOP!!

   Beautiful builder gel with gel polish from Jenny yesterday. Her attention to detail was impeccable and I'm so happy with the result. I had not had tidy results from other staff members so will always ask for Jenny now.

   Came here yesterday and had the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got gel acrylics and after the lady put them on she cut them shorter with nail clippers instead of scissors, she cut both sides but the middle was still attached so she tried to rip it off herself while lifting the glued acrylic stuck to my real nail, it really hurt and then she did it again on my other hand and I had to pull my hand away and yell stop cause I was in so much pain. She was rushing and there was no need to rush because it was not busy. Once my nails were done I paid and said thank you and she didn’t even look at me and say bye or thank you or anything. Extremely rude service. This morning I noticed my finger was bleeding and I didn’t understand why so I washed the blood away and noticed she filed so high up my cuticles it cut the skin on multiple fingers. The salon was also filthy, I am seriously worried I will now get an infection. I will be in tomorrow and demanding a refund for the awful experience I had and now sore fingers

   I have been supporting this business for some time and have recommended others to go there but recently was very disappointment with my visit. I had SNS which unfortunately 3 nails had cracked the very next day. I returned to have them repaired and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. They did not have availability immediately which was fine & asked me to come back in 30mins which I did. I then wait a further 30mins before anyone attended to me. There was little to no contact with me once I sat down until I left. The lady was quite rough when doing the repairs. I was not charged which was great but 2 days following I have now got 2 new chips. I will not be returning to this salon.

   I was pleased with the quality of my gel manicure, however, there are a few things I would like to comment. - The water I soaked my nails in to soften my cuticles was cold water… it wasn’t pleasant and relaxing. - Not one nail technician including mine, wore gloves. I find it unhygienic and puts the client at risk of bacteria and fungi cross contamination between clients. - The hand massage was extremely rushed and soft. It didn’t feel like a hand massage. When you pay for a service, your expect it to be quality. Especially when it’s $55 every 2/3 weeks.

   My experience at this salon was below average I’d say. Upon arriving for my appointment, one of the staff asked me what I was having done (Gel Extensions) which I had stated over the phone when I made the appointment. Once this was established I was seated. While waiting to be helped, I was asked 3 more times what service I was having, which I found quite unprofessional, but I didn’t say anything as I thought maybe there were a few people that may be helping me. Still waiting to be seen, I felt a tickle at the back of my throat. I started to cough and tried to stifle it as best I could but was not once asked or offered and drink to try help. Finally one of the staff members comes to help me and begins my nail service. Throughout the service she was rough with my nails and there were often times where I felt quite a bit of pain and discomfort. She made no effort to speak to me other than a few words asking how long I wanted my nails, what shape and what colour. One the service was completed I was pleased with the finished result and although my fingers felt a bit tender I was happy to pay. Now this was on 18/09/2022, I am writing this review on 21/09/2022, only 3 days post service. 3 of my nails have chipped, 2 of which I’ve repainted to now they are a different colour and 1 of them has now come off completely exposing the damage left behind. I’m very disappointed that I’ve not even gotten a weeks wear out of these nails and the only reason this has a 2 star review is because they actually looked decent after the initial service.
