The people working here are kind and helpful, but the system itself really needs improvement. For example, to buy a post bag, we have to queue once to get it, then write down the posting details, and then queue again just to pay. It would save a lot of time if we could give the basic posting information and pay in one step instead.
Have always received great service when here. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Very patient as well. I had witnessed a customer getting quite frustrated with an issue that the staff member was unable to fix. Management stepped in and showed great restraint. Great job team.

I am always very appreciative of the friendly, helpful and efficient service from PO staff at ST Heliers- I post a lot of parcels and staff are always unfailingly patient and pleasant. I feel it is unfair their bad reviews are, in the most part, a criticism of our appallingly inefficient PO SERVICE- not the poor staff dealing with those unhappy and annoyed PO service customers!
The service at the PO Box centre is excellent. The two woman/ladies that work there go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The service is a significant improvement from when the centre was part of the book/stationary shop. The greeting is always friendly and welcoming when I make an enquiry. Great job!
Closed despite marking open on google maps, as well as the signage posted on the door.
If the shop closes before 5pm please don’t say the opening hours is till 5pm. Please write the exact time you close to avoid disappointment and waste of travel. Thanks.
Miss the old Post Office in St. Heliers. The senior man there now is very rude, rarely speaks and treats you as a disturbance to his day. Also since masks were a requirement does not wear his correctly and always has his nose protruding. In my opinion he should be removed from this position.
This location no longer provides the Kiwibank option.
