After reading these reviews, Im glad they stuffed up my appointment twice and said there was no appointment made both times.
I do not recommend this dentist. Before visiting I had no fillings in my teeth. I went a couple of years ago with a Grabone voucher for a checkup. After the check up I returned as they said I needed two fillings. I thought one of them would of been the tooth with an obvious hole forming (why I booked the check up). Instead they gave me fillings in two other teeth which looked and felt fine and left the sore one. They didn't ask about my teeth or tell me which teeth they were going to drill and fill. I also paid for a dental hygenist clean which I was not happy with, the suction wasn't working and the clean was rushed under 10min not worth the money. They spoke in a different language during my appoint which made me feel uncomfortable. Moral of the story don't use vouchers for businesses drumming up clients, they can all to well be untrustworthy to make money....is this review late coming yes. But i'm still welcome to share my 10cents worth since that's all dentist leave you with is a bit of loss change in your pocket. I recommend going to a busy practice that needs to squeeze you in for an appointment.
Lied down, needles in, pliers on my teeth, then told me he suddenly changed my operation plan without me able to talk. Gave me incomplete prescription that I have to come back again for my Amoxicillin. The price is very expensive and eventually the dentist cannot take the difficult wisdom teeth out as he promised he can before. Then the dentist refered us to a specialist which is too expensive to afford. So hope no one else get tricked by them and there are a lot more good and cheap ones in Christchurch deserve the money!
Unprofessional. I made a complaint to the HDC. HDC confirmed that they breached the code of Health and Disability service consumers’ right. They will publish this case on HDC website in Oct. So for your health, please don't go.
Very un professional and unorganised! I rang and made an appointment a week before Xmas to have my teeth cleaned. The lady rang me four days before my appointment day saying that they have decide to shut for a holiday. So they will have to cancel my appointment. Now I can't find any other places as a lot of then have fully booked Very disappointing! Will never go back again. Not recommended at all!
