Very disappointed with service, as I was leaving I.was asked to take a basket next time. I always take my purchases out. Then hand my bag over. I did not realise this was compulsory. I have been shopping there for number years, first time been spoken to like that. Maybe I will get my vitamins, makeup elsewhere. Very disappointed.
I was picking up my medicine on Friday 13/06/2025 after some talk between the staff behind at the dispensary I have been told not ready yet. I couldn’t wait so I ask if I can pick it up Saturday. I went on Sunday to pick it up but still one item couldn’t be located at the fridge. I had to wait again to be prepared because this is my last day of medicine I have. Finally got home and found an item labeled 240 tablets was only 180 tablets. Funny excuse from the pharmacist he said he is from Auckland and doesn’t know who’s responsible. Only one repeat left and they will never see me again. Poor service all the way.

Me and a family member had a wonderful experience at bargain warehouse in belfast today with the awesome Bridget who went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for. Its is so nice to see that freindly helpful people still work in retail.
Inefficient at the best Unhelpful staff Prescription sent yesterday but not ready 24 hours later I live in the country so another wasted trip to town for nothing Everytime I go there it is another balls up but at least they are consistent This will be my last visit there Will go to a closer pharmacy in future where the staff are helpful and efficient
Consumer beware..A 1 litre bottle of joico shampoo retails for 39.99 at my local chemist. This place has the advertising at why pay 80.00 when u can pay 43.00. Thankfully they will price match so if u find a product cheaper at another chemist make sure u mention it...i had to call my local chemist on speaker so they knew i wasnt scamming and they were happy to price match, but it does pay to do some research.
Never met such rude people. I Went in and was asked to sit and wait to see the pharmacist. After waiting for a while a went back up and the lady who had been curt to begin with told me she hadn’t forgotten I was there in a sarcastic tone. I said I know but I have to be back home for when my child care finishes so could she let me know how much longer the wait would be. Then she checked with the pharmacist and told me that they couldn’t see me at all and I had to go to Papanui because they were too busy. I couldn’t go to Papanui though as I’d spent so long waiting that my child carer was leaving so I had to go home. It would have been okay to be told this initially but after the waiting it was rude.
This is a huge pharmacy. The biggest I have seen in my travels. It is like a small supermarket. The dispensary is right down the far end. This caters for large numbers of people not very quickly and not very easily. The service was not good at the pharmacy because they made assumptions on what i needed going against what was prescribed by my doctor. Located where you can always get a car park
