I want to express my complete gratitude to the emergency department team and the nurses in the Rangtira ward. We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again. I know thatβs your job, but he is our life, and we canβt thank you enough β€οΈ once in recovery, Erica, a nurse in the Rangitira ward was so accommodating and caring and natural, that it made our stressful time there easy. Health professionals donβt get enough gratitude. They have a real job that actually matter. Thanks guys and girls. Love you all β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Cataract removal life changing so grateful such a difference such a gift. My experience of top quality care began at the desk until I left . The fact they are busy did not take anything away from careful explanations of the procedure right through. +many many thanks to the hard working team who provide smiles care and life changing expertise. And their manager Liz was also very helpful.. Our LMC Frann dove is the best in West Auckland. Extremely knowledgeable, confident and vigilant. Words cannot describe how amazing she is.. Overall.. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Waitakere Hospital team. During both of our visits, we have received exceptional care. All of the staff β nurses, doctors, and assistants β stand out for their kindness, respect, and warm attitude. I truly believe that this human warmth makes a big difference in a patientβs recovery.

We delivered our baby in waitekere te henna unit recently and have to stay for a few night for jaundice level observation. We were very grateful with the support of the medical team from birth until post delivery. The doctor and midwife were very supportive during the birth process. Birthing unit is relaxing with the water birth experience. Midwives and nurses were very helpful and have such warm attitudes to make the post delivery experience a lot more positive! Each of them also gave different tips and tricks to show us for nursing, soothing the baby, mom & baby health care & etc. We donβt have any support when we get home and these mini tutorials from the medical team definitely made us feel more confident when we were discharged Not to mention good supply too, they supply most post natal stuff you need, from maternity pad to diapers during the stay

Honestly I was pretty surprised, I was experiencing chest pain and I told the nurse and she said no your fine wait in line I waited then she told me to wait for hours I was sweating so much I felt like I was going to pass out I drove all the way to mt roskill and they took me in straight away. She was racist.

WARNING 0 STAR RATING PLEASE READ!!! Thinking of giving birth at WaitΔkere think again!! Waitakere birthing unit & midwifeβs are just a big no!!! My sister had her baby daughter there, the labour team was absolutely fantastic. The whole time after she gave birth they were so rude, not polite, talking stuff behind her back, they donβt care about anyoneβs situation. They Didnβt take in on how it would affect her & her new born. She waited nearly 2 and a half hours for a bottle for her newborn when she asked them serve times for one.

I find the staff and nurses excellent, very helpful and good at what they do. I speak with experience I'm there for transfusions once a month. The food is great, and fine to have, it's a clean and warm environment as l say I'm a frequent user.

Saved my life, thank you. I couldn't imagine the stress you nurses go through, the stories you hear and how desensitizing all of that can be. I was admitted late February and felt most comfortable in the Emergency Unit room. Some nurses would stop by and have a quick word with me to cheer me up. It makes a difference. There was a blonde nurse in that unit, I can't remember her name.. But she really helped calm me down and reassured me that everything would be okay. I spent a whole week and a bit there. The photo I attached was me pointing at the room I was in and being grateful I got out. You're all doing god's work, thank you again. I appreciate life a lot more.
