“I was a bit apprehensive to visit this shop bc of some of the neg reviews but went and everyone was lovely. Sarah did my NZ Visa photo and took several shots to make sure it was just right. I was flinchy and kept smiling and she was totally cool about it. Went ahead and got physical prints in addition to the digital copy since it was the same price either way. Wondered around and shopped while I waited for them to print, then Alana did my checkout and she was super friendly. Overall great experience and highly recommend, especially for Visa and Passport photos.”
“Spacious store that provides lots of ideas to help design a sophisticated living space. A+ customer service from Daria, she was hugely knowledgeable and catered this to our goals and budget. Only feedback for improvement is directly mostly toward the Freedom online store - which is that delivery costs are expensive - especially when considering the amount of money already being spent by the customer. Cheers!”

I received great help from a young assistant, who had a slightly English accent, during the file load up and photo adjustment process on the large screen unit. The other staff were efficient and courteous, with the 100 prints I had ordered ready after about 30 minutes (there was lots of time for a coffee while the printing took place).”

“Easy to Print Fascilities from the front desk. Can work on the desks nearby provided to make alterations to documents. Photo Printing Fascilities available and it is preferable to use the Airport Photo Print service as the Manukau Store can take longer than it should. The Self-Print Service needs its own POS Machine though as it does not accept EFTPOS/CreditCards at the terminal. Can pick up a rechargeable card from the front desk to avoid the queues if your after a quick printout. A4 and A3 sizes are printable at the self-service area. All in all. It just works for your printing needs. Staff are knowledgeable about whatever your needs are. Just make sure to ask and not assume.”

Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.”
