   Browsed for items for a craft project, selection has thoroughly decreased since a few years ago. While there was a pleasant man on the floor doing work, my experience at the till is what’s prompted me to review. I waited upwards of 10-15 minutes for someone to serve me at the till. Further to that, when the man did arrive, he was finishing blowing his nose, really rubbing and going hard up in his nostrils. Only then to serve the woman in front of me without washing or sanitising his hands. I’ve honestly never felt more repulsed. I nearly walked out, except I needed what I came in for. I’m doubtful I will ever go back.

   Overall pretty good service. The best way to get things printed is online, then its easy to come and collect your order, be organized and plan ahead and you'll be fine. My only issue at this store was a staff member who got disgruntled at my small children using the wrong pronoun, small children dont understand trans and they shouldn't be growled at about an innocent 'mistake'.

   Kia Ora, Just wanna leave an awesome review for the lovely staff member we Karl. My mum and I came in looking to get a large canvas printed, unfortunately there were a few issues with the quality of how the canvas would come out and mum wasn’t very happy about that…Karl was able to help us come up with a solution to help improve the quality of our canvas. He was absolutely awesome, patient and great with his communication skills. Warehouse stationary Eastgate definitely needs more workers like him!!! Thanks heaps Karl, you’re awesome !!!

   Whilst this store is definitely understaffed for the demand it has, the staff handle it with such composure and kindness. I was served by Sam and he was lovely and compassionate when I'd been waiting for a while (due to a long line of printing customers). I would love to see at least one staff member assigned to the sales and printing counters at all times to make sure there's less wait, but I work in retail as well and know that staffing is a hard issue to fix at times.
