    Dear Warehouse Stationary Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store on the 24th of November 2025 , at approximately 5:50 pm. I approached your staff member, Jai, with a simple question about how to use the photo machine to retrieve photos from my Facebook account. Instead of receiving helpful and professional assistance, I was subjected to a sales pitch for an IT package that I did not need or request. I was taken aback by Jai's aggressive sales tactics and his implication that I would be charged for services I did not ask for. As a state government employee who uses computers daily, I was simply seeking assistance with a specific task and did not require training or additional services. I am concerned that Jai's behavior was unprofessional and may be damaging to the reputation of Warehouse Stationary. I urge you to review the CCTV footage from 5:50 pm on the 24 Nov to verify my account of events. I hope that you will take steps to address this issue and ensure that your staff are trained to provide excellent customer service and respect customers' boundaries. Sincerely, Renee L

    I would probably go for less that 1 star if there was an option. The hijab woman she does not knows the meaning of serving customers their treatment was really cold and very much unhappy while talking to me i have to cut my own photos with scissor provided by them i think whoever provides the facilities of photo production in their stores they have to provide passport sized photographs in a completed manner professionally cut not just 6 photos printed on paper and their professional tone of talking is really higher than a normal person’s yelling tone very disappointed to pay them for the services not really makes me feel like i am in a New Zealand operated store

    Wait time was shocking! Took me over 30mins to pick up already printed photos. One staff member, a middle aged asian man who was at the counter, was on his phone the whole time. Meanwhile, there were a line of customers waiting to be served. When I asked another staff member, if he was available to serve customers- she replied yes, and then didnt even try to prompt him to get off his phone? Terrible customer service and so slow.

    The staff is very respectful and friendly and they are following all the process of the store It is very convenient to access this store and get the job done for the printing process. You have to email on their email ID, and they will print it out for you Other than that, you will find all the stationery items The place is ready, affordable, and neat and tidy.

    Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.

    DO NOT GO THERE! Honestly … a long queue & 1 worker. There was another one refilling stock so I went over & asked her to come help serve the queue instead which she agreed too indicating, they ARE trained to do the job, just management arent onto it with allocating appropriate numbers to where the help is needed. You’re just as bad as Vodafones customer service!

    20 minutes waiting period for 1 photo print. The staff is very slow and not very proactive. The shop on the other hand has all the stationary you need and office furniture as well. Not a great place to buy laptops or mobiles here as they are extremely expensive compare to other shops. So do look around if you want to buy something electronic

    Well stocked and well laid out store. The only letdown is the very poor customer service especially at the print desk. There's usually a very long queue here with extremely slow staff. Staff are bit abrupt and not too helpful at times.
