I recently visited at the shop to take a passport-size photograph. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service provided. The photo was not cut to the correct passport size, and additional space was left around the image. I was asked to cut the photo myself using scissors, which I found unprofessional. As this is a paid professional service, I expected the photo to be properly cut according to the required specifications. I hope you will consider this feedback seriously and improve the service quality in the future.

Often find staff are extremely unhelpful, often making you feel like you're an inconvenience for asking for help. On two occasions my prints have been incorrectly printed and have been gaslit into it being my problem.

Appalling customer service. Didn't listen to my requirements. When I repeated my requirements with guidance, I was ignored. When the lamination was complete, it was not what I asked for. To add insult to injury, he charged me twice the amount advertised on the website. The staff member would not accept that he had made mistakes and insisted I pay. I considered making a fuss but had a que of impatient people behind me. In summary. Customer Service 1/10 Quality of workmanship 1/10 Value for money 0/10 This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never recommend Warehouse Stationary Royal Oak.

I am often asked to join my partner to go with her to this Warehouse Stationery to print something off, and I know instantly my day is ruined. The staff here do not know how to do anything and have no desire to learn. I often wait at the counter for what feels like hours, watching my will to live slowly evaporate. This place reminds me of purgatory, my patience, my relationship, and possibly my soul canβt take much more. I need another solution

Four hours ago, I went to a warehouse to buy headphones. I first showed the clerk a pair of headphones with my phone. I asked if they would fit my phone, but he said no. Then I showed the clerk my phone and asked if they had any compatible headphones. He initially recommended a $90 pair, but it was too expensive. I asked if they had any under $60, but he told me to look elsewhere while he went to chat with his colleagues. After I pleaded again, he finally found a pair and said they would work with my phone, so I bought them. But when I opened them at McDonald's, they didn't fit at all. I went back to explain, but the clerk was extremely rude, impatient, even angry, saying they wouldn't fit my phone and told me to leave. I didn't argue, I just tried to explain, but they sent several people to chase me away. They had clearly recommended the headphones, but I felt disrespected. I won't go back to that warehouse; the employees' attitude is disgusting.

Went to pick up a picture of my late mother in law's photo this morning and was served with horrible customer service. I asked for a frame that would suit to which the lady who served me just pointed out vaguely where to find I believe her name was Haidee or something similar. She made me feel like I was bothering her as she was checking her phone just before I came back at the til. I picked up a frame I liked and asked her if the photo would fit the frame to which again she just said no with rude customer service and no explanation of which frame or size I should be looking for as the measurements were not clear to me. I finally found a frame that could fit the photo and when I asked if she wouldnt mind putting the printed photo in the frame she was annoyed I had asked that. She said it will fit and theres no need to put the photo in the frame in the store. I said I had printed photos there before and with the right frame and they didnt fit properly so I just wanted to make sure and if they could help with trimming the photo if needed. She was hesitant and made me feel bad for even asking so I said fine dont worry about it. It was for a funeral in the next couple of days and I thought they could help. There was no one at the store and there were 3 ladies just standing around doing nothing. The worse part for me was the horrible customer service and bad attitude. Would not recommend this place at all. Its ashamed as this is our local. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please do better. Please review your staffs customer service and attitude towards customers.

Weird, I was standing there waiting for my receipt and the lady serving me just left me standing and proceeded to change paper and ink in their big copying machines. She even turned around after a few minutes and said to me βReceipt?β I said βYesβ and then she continued to change ink and paper on the machines. After a few more minutes I said βexcuse me, can I have my receiptβ as there was a cue behind me. Finally she gave me my receipt.

There is no A4 250 GSM from last 3 months. And when I came today, A4 210 GSM paper is also not available. People working at Royal Oak wharehouse stationary are good but upper management who keep record s of stock needs urgent attention. Its very very poor stock management.

I installed the mobile application prior to my visit to the shop. The kiosk's user interface proved to be non-intuitive, and the staff appeared to be preoccupied with their duties. Despite seeking assistance from four separate staff members, each appeared to be occupied with their responsibilities and could only provide limited support before departing. As a result, I was compelled to wait for the next available staff member when confronted with subsequent challenges. The entire process for uploading the photo and get it processed was more than fourty minutes, excluding the printing time.
