   All the staff here are so nice and very helpful! Sometimes I think it can be stressful because there's certainly a lot of people, but I think they all handle it well and keep the standards high. Totally recommend!

   Your closing time for Warehouse Stationary is 10pm online, can you advise whether that is correct because we went in at 930pm to be told by staff that theyre already closed for the night. If thats the case please update your closing hours online.

   Didn’t realise that the Copy Centre closed earlier than the Warehouse hours. Despite that the staff were still willing to hunt around at 8 pm for my single 5x7 photo. Really appreciated it!

   Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been waiting to visit this place since they moved the shop, but it was disappointing. The shelves were a mess — products were all mixed up. The staff, including the duty manager, had zero knowledge. I was trying to buy a value pack for a Dymo printer. It was on the shelf with other units, but the barcode wouldn’t scan, and it seemed the item wasn’t properly loaded into the system. Because of that, they couldn’t sell it to me.in also asked called your head office no action. In addition asked for an older ribbon for a Brother label maker, but they had no idea what I was talking about and showed me wrong products. Instead of trying to help, they just said “sorry” and sent me away. I left the shop and wrote this review immediately. The experience was absolutely unprofessional.

   The customer service at this place terrible. We asked the lady there how much a service is and she just took our items and started the service. Once it was done she then charged us $90 something for the service. Of course we were stunned. The service she did was not worth the $$. Don’t recommend this place at ALL.

   Yea, I know, surprise I rated 5 stars, well...only because this shop luckily to have a lovely, well-mannered and professional gentlemen in the printing section dedicated to helping his customer. I did have had a terrible experience with other staff recently but I simply felt it's not fair on others so I will not give 1 star or bad review, but I do want to write down my story in here. Around a week ago, I been there to print my tenant contract, and want to get signed and scanned in the same time, so I naturally grabbed a blue color pen from the shelf and signed my name, and hand back to another male staff asked him helping me scan the file (not the lovely gentleman I usually been dealing with) Apparently, he saw the pen from the shelf and he start lecturing me do not use that pen but use another pen instead, I honestly didn't notice that pen, and continuing lecturing me if I want to try the color ask him first, and as quoted from him " this is your first time, I'm telling you, don't do that again" Well...ok, I sincerely do not think I'm 100% right, but I don't think I'm anywhere close to wrong either, especially when you see all these attached photos, quite ironic to criticize me while … here's your shop display and disaster presentation anyway, that's it, I'm still grateful to the good ones I encountered in my life.
