After lots of Googling and nearly buying a heavily discounted bed elsewhere, I walked into Beds4U (Mount) just to confirm my decision. Sumi was incredibly knowledgeable, asking thoughtful questions and showing me several beds that suited my needs and budget. While they were good options, none had the “ahh!” feeling I wanted — until she encouraged me to try one last bed on my way out. I’m so glad I did. The mattress had the plush yet supportive feel and cooling effect I needed, and (the surprise of) the anti-gravity position delivered an instant ahh! moment. Recovering from a broken femur and hip surgery, I immediately felt the comfort and support I’d been longing for. Sumi was also refreshingly honest about partner disturbance ratings (not applicable for me) and helped me choose a more suitable pillow for my sleep apnoea. I happily signed up, won two bonus pillows, and can’t wait for delivery. Thanks Sumi. Will update review after it arrives.
