Just visited Warehouse Stationery Northlands to scope out prepaid mobile options and phone bundles. The layout is clean and well-organised, with clearly marked deals from Warehouse Mobile and Skinny. Great to see straightforward pricing and combo breakdowns right at eye level. The signage made it easy to compare plans, and the “Limit 2 phones per customer” policy was clearly displayed—helpful for managing stock. Customer service was efficient with good flow at the checkout, even with a moderate queue. For anyone needing a quick mobile setup or a budget-friendly handset, this location gets a solid thumbs-up. I was there for passport photo. The lady who took photo didn’t said my hair was all messed up. She just took the photo. I asked her about why she didn’t tell me. She told me I still can use the photo that’s fine. Horrible experience.Don’t recommend it.
I had a large bunch of photos to print from jpg files on a USB stick. I received great help from a young assistant, who had a slightly English accent, during the file load up and photo adjustment process on the large screen unit. The other staff were efficient and courteous, with the 100 prints I had ordered ready after about 30 minutes (there was lots of time for a coffee while the printing took place).
Sadly had an awful experience where I’d printed important work documents for my business. The printing came back with ink splatter marks all over it, the binding with broken, the reprint 2nd attempt came back green and wasn’t even close to the colour it was designed. The girl was less than apologetic or helpful or kind. Highly disappointed and won’t ever print with them again.
Recommend you stand and wait for your photos. I was told to wait 20 minutes, came back 40 minutes later and they had forgotten about my order.
Office furniture is so overpriced and terrible quality it’s not even funny. Go to Kmart
Phoned 4 times no one answers Papanui branch. .warehouses should have an operator who can answer enquires for your customers, obviously you don't value the customer .
I am a 70 year old not up with all the technology of today I wanted to get afew photos printed off from my phone I explained to the salesperson I did not know what to do thinking that she would show me how wrong was I this has happened to me before at the warehouse stationary so what did I do I went to Hannifins in Riccarton mall knowing full well I would get the help I needed well done Hannifins your staff are stars
I don't think it's on that the warehouse stationary charges to set up phones especially when this one is inside a warehouse store. All this used to be done for free. As a result I'll never buy any technical stuff from this crowd and am going to go with another supplier for my next mobile phone. These things aren't easy to set up for someone like me who isn't technically minded. If it wasn't for this I'd be writing a five star review for this store as everything else is worth getting as they have a great range. Where have the good old days gone where people didn't charge to help?
