DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend now. Negative star review needed, don't deserve 1 star! I have successfully used for 3 canvas prints previously but have been pushed between Fotofinish and Warehouse Stationery Lincoln Road, blaming each other. Placed order 13 December and nobody knows what is happening with my order. Have spoken to branch and emailed with Fotofinish with negative effect. Nobody wants to take responsibility for my order (which was required for Christmas). Emailed harsh email to Fotofinish yesterday, hoping that someone would look into this, but nothing. NO CARE, NO RESPONSIBILITY!!! Told them I want refund so I can arrange through another company (probably Vistaprint, who can be trusted) but no response. Will be emailing Warehouse Stationery head office (and The Warehouse group), as both are owned by them, and Commerce Commission, as this treatment is pathetic!!!!

I get that there may be delays around Christmas time, but I'm substantially annoyed with my experience here to the point where I honestly lost my patience and left. There can be a better process in place where instead of making people wait in line, give them a ticket and call it out when it's their time. People can roam the shop while they wait (which means more money for the business). Otherwise I'm very disappointed in my experience because I waited 10 minutes in line to get a photo printed and was told to email ahead, then when it was my turn, I got told to go to the kiosk. The kiosk had a piece of paper saying there was a four/five hour wait. Management is key, and they've failed here.

Went there to get a passport photo taken of my one-month-old, and the lady helping us seemed completely uninterested. She grabbed a plain white cardboard-dirty, threw it on the floor, and told us to place the baby on it. Of course our one-month-old was hesitant and started crying, but she was impatient and emotionless the entire time. She didnβt even try to distract him or help us get him to smile for the picture. She just stood there looking grumpy while we did everything we could to make him smile and look straight. Eventually she got fed up and told us, βYou can try this at home too.β Honestly, kindness goes a long way. Thereβs no harm in smiling, especially when youβre providing a service that people are paying for. We ended up leaving without a photo.

The service was unbelievably slow. I went to the store on Sunday morning around 11 a.m. to print a few documents. The staff asked me to email the files to them, so I did. Then another staff member told me to step away from the counter because she needed to serve other customers. What followed was a long and frustrating wait β I thought I was already being served, but it turned out I still had to wait a long time. Feeling unhappy, I asked when they would actually start helping me. Maybe that question was what triggered their irritation. When they finally began processing my request, I was told that my prints wouldnβt be ready until around 4 p.m. Thatβs at least five hours just to print three copies β with four staff on duty and not many customers in the store! Itβs no wonder theyβre not making money β they simply donβt care about their customers. The next day when I came to pick up my prints, there was only one staff member at the counter and a long line of customers waiting. But guess what β I saw a whole group of staff having a meeting right next to us! Yes, you read that right β theyβd rather have a meeting than serve their customers!

Came in at 5:30 asked to print 1 photo and they said I need to book an appointment to print and can do it tomorrow. Asked why and they said that they need appointments first which made no sense. No machines were running everyone standing around. Horrible service. I contacted new market warehouse stationary and they were clear and helpful and got our picture printed. Was very urgent as it was for a funeral

Sandi was fantastic, helped me sort out some printing for a project very last minute. Despite having a queue going all the way to the back of the store she had them ready for me on time, and was super friendly throughout.

Terrible customer services, rude attitude from Indian manger, asked me to wait for ages but never check the email, totally unacceptable and not responsible for their work. Just ask customer wait and wait, waste my time. How could be a manager but without any courtesy. What a surprise! NEVER go there to print or shop anything again!!!! Warehouse should be careful what employees are selected and do more trainings !

Should have read all the reviews beforehand. Loaded my print card only to find out that the printers out of service. Thatβs the money lost because I very rarely have to go there to print. Like once in 2 years maybe. Would have appreciated if they bothered to tell me that the printers arenβt working while they were loading up my card. Also got 2 copy of passport photo for $25 I need 4 copies so went to Kodak in Lynmall they do 6 copies for $25. Warehouse Stationary is waste of money and more importantly waste of time. Also every thing here takes way way longer for any task comparatively.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the young man I dealt with. Was very helpful, offered to staple my documents for me, and made sure I was happy. I will definitely return again
