Horrible experience, staff so unhelpful and empty, it's like they employed ghosts. Self service print in A4 color, came out as A5, this was many pages, so around a $20 job. Asked for assistance and was told my settings must be wrong, it prints the preview. I showed the staff the preview, and my settings who agreed they were actually correct. When i asked if i could get a refund, they said we don't deal with self serve unless there is an error. How is the settings being correct with a wrong print not an error? When asked if they could print it, they shrugged their shoulders and said "maybe" and then the guy just walked away without saying anything. The store was empty, i was the only customer and the staff could not care less, and were more interested in getting back to their gossip that helping resolve. Honestly what a joke.

Every time I go, the middle-aged Asian woman with long hair, neither fat nor thin, just talks constantly and doesn't seem to do anything else. I asked her to trim the corner of a piece of paper, and she said she had to charge for it. But she does charge for corners of paper! It seems her main job is talking, not providing service.

Bad news . Myself and my elderly mother came into the store with a near new ,under warranty shredder. 4 to 5 mnths old . She has a two yr warranty on it. Mum noticed a crack that appeared on the top of the machine. So we took it back to exchange it for another unit. Well we were mistreated and accused of dropping it.It was never dropped. Well looked after. The two people who attended us at the branch were very rude and insulting and didnt know what the warranty stated properly. We ended up at another branch , told them the same story and they fully replaced the unit with no fuss. Albany branch staff are ill educated and very rude to their customers and insulting. Thanks you idiots for a stressful time. Think twice before you go to Albany Warehouse Stationery.

Today was truly unpleasant. I'm not sure if it's accurate, but the service provided by the older, more elaborately decorated female employee, Shireen, was incredibly disappointing and unfriendly. She acted as if she was dismissive of a customer because her English skills were a bit lacking, and this is the first time in my life I've felt so uncomfortable. The owner would be in deep trouble if he hired someone like this. Today is the worst day of my life!

Got what I wanted here. Printing photos is super easy. Unfortunately they seem understaffed and the shop doesn't flow well. People don't know where to que as some checkouts closed, then no one on other checkout areas....

Terrible service. Old woman behind the counter at the copy desk was very unhelpful and very rude to me. She did not want to help me when I asked her for express photos and had to redo and pay for one photo 3 seperate times as she was unwilling to explain how the express service worked. Very unfriendly and very rude will not be coming back here again as I was treated very poorly by her.

Staff member named Narine provided terrible customer service. We paid $10 to print a passport photo at Albany Warehouse Stationery and asked for it to be cut. Initially, Narine refused to cut the photo, claiming that they do not provide that service, which was shocking considering they are a warehouse stationery store. We then requested a pair of scissors so we could cut it ourselves, but Narine refused again, citing health and safety concerns. We explained to Narine that we needed the passport photo cut immediately. Eventually, she reluctantly cut the photo but left excessive white space around it. I don't understand why she couldn't have initially cut it properly. This kind of service and attitude towards paying customers is unacceptable.

I wish to give you no stars guys but unfortunately I canβt. Massive disappointment - today literally few hours ago I purchased βHugo Side Tableβ price tag $89NZD. What massive extreme disappointment and nightmare were when I brought the box in our brand new house, opened it and β¦. Jeeeez a massive extreme smell of mould came from the box. My wife was distressed by the smell as we have a newborn and thatβs was such a huge H&S concern. Will come to see you soon to give you back the unwanted mould. Not suggesting and recommending any purchase from you again guys to avoid such a unpleasant βsurprisesβ. Images attached for reference and convenience for anyone.
