   Warehouse Stationary and Warehouse Lunn Ave: If I could rate both places lower than one star I would. Absolutely trash service. They are also known to sell faulty electronics and you basically have to beg for an exchange/refund even when you’re well within the policy guidelines. I have had multiple pathetic experiences here and now I just try to avoid this place like the plague.

   Poor Service. My order was ticked "completed" and it wasn't done. Then when printed (2nd trip back) it was corrupted so half of the photo was black print. No apology. After waiting 15 mins received the photo with no apology or "thanks". Will not be using this service again. More training and customer service please management!

   Honestly terrible service from fellow staff members. Came in to order a phone and was asked to provide ID. When I asked what for they became rude and saying I can't take the phone. I proceeded to keep pushing why they didn't want to give it and was ignored. Went and brought my phone from another Warehouse where staff were amazing and so helpful something your staff should pick up on. The staff are absolute trash. All these workers around and still had to wait a lifetime. If you want to be helped next year by the workers by all means come to this warehouse best of the best!!!

   There is never enough staff in area. Also just things like could possible make the cards topable at the actual printer instead of waiting in a queue for 15mins

   Never answer their phone !! Even when you go through the customer care line. And their inventory is always way out ! Must be at 50% or below. Computer is never right . Head office should check this store out for some training on inventory management .

   Went in at 3:30pm 17/01/23 and was asking a simple question about when my order would be ready to the staff member and experienced terrible customer service, felt very undermined and the lady was quite passive aggressive with me even though I was being nice. She had curly black hair, is white and was wearing a mask. It seemed like my simple question had bothered her so much that she took her stress out on me. I didn't unnecessarily bother her but from her reaction it seemed like I did. I even got an email as I was walking away saying that it was being printed so I went back to ask her but was met with even MORE passive aggression. This is absolutely unacceptable, particularly the fact that I was being very nice and just asked a simple question... Please have something done about this.

   SOPHIA was absolutely amazing. She went over n beyond her role to assist with printing for my fathers headstone memorial day. Amazing customer service!! Thank you for alleviating that stress for me. You rock!!!
