   Yeah avoid this branch. They are a big waste of time. Don’t know how to do their job nor communicate. Came for an order collection once and got told they didn’t have the item and it was coming from Nelson. Came the next week to collect a different order and waited 15 minutes for neither of the two staff to be able to figure out how to do click and collect on their computer. Can’t even apologise either. Wasted my time, made me late, and didn’t even get my order.

   I would like to praise Regan at The Warehouse Stationery Ormiston. What a credit to his job. His customer service is exemplary and he deserves a 5 star rating. He organised me some empty printer paper boxes, which he phoned and left a message on my phone. Very impressed.

   I would recommend going to another WS store for printing if you can. This branch is grossly understaffed - on one occasion there was a sign that said services were unavailable for another 2 hours. Then there was just one staff member working with an absolute lack of urgency serving a queue of 7 people - I waited for half an hour just to be served. When I finally got there, I was told that my job couldn't be completed right away as there was an issue with the printer. Come on guys, you can do better.

   I went in to TWH this Morning, I was Looking for 2 Books, I was very well Looked after by a lovely young Man Nirat, after looking on the Shelf's He went out the Back, He Explained what He was Doing, BINGO He found 1 of the Books, new Delivery, not yet in the Computer. WOW what Service. ❤️

   NEVER AGAIN!!!! My experience in Ormiston warehouse was terrible, I felt threaten and unwelcomed. An employee (whose name goes along the lines of launa) was making US do HER job. The first instance was when I asked her a simple question to which she answered with a one word curt answer and walked off. If she doesn’t want to do the job she’s being paid to do then she should quit. The second instance was when SHE MADE US DO HER JOB FOR HER?! We were looking for the key promotion in the toy section and neatly putting toys back after ourselves and she yelled from down the aisle “pick up the toys. The longer you are here the more toys you have to pick up. Come to the next aisle” as if we are employees working there! The toys were not left out by us but were already messed up before we got there. If we were in our 40s then I’m sure she would have never even thought of asking us, with an attitude like her’s she should not be working in customer service. Completely out of pocket and rude.

   Went in store to by what showed on the online site as "In Stock" only for it to not be in stock. Some needs to be fired for not updating and false marketing. Asked for help and guy had a look around which was great, mentioned might be out back...then he went back to his counter without checking out back. I called to him and asked "so is there nothing", and he said no. Lazy. Customer service was bottom of the barrel. Do better.

   I shop at this pitiful warehouse basically every second week and there have been several occasions where I have been followed around by staff here! They pretend to be re-arranging clothing racks or take photographs of their products when I catch them trying to follow me! I had had enough on one occasion and snapped one of their staff members watching me from a distance so I followed them around the store which she didn’t appreciate! I definitely won’t be shopping at this store anymore and will take my money where I’m not made to feel like a thief or second class citizen! Also just reiterating other reviews, staff at checkout are so rude and have poor customer service ! If you hate your working at this store that much, find a new job!
