5.45pm - Print kiosks were not working - the young girl behind the counter was unhelpful to the point of being rude. A young man finally helped get our photo printed - he was awesome.

Do not come here for badges, these people are incompetent, have poor management and communication. I ordered 5 badges instore at the very beginning of December, and emailed through the image to go with it. I was told that I didn't need to pay at the time, but they rang me a day or two later to say that I had to come in and pay (thank you for not having a process and wasting my time because of it). Then, a few days later I received two emails asking for confirmation that the image was what I wanted printed (I sent it to you, didn't I? Why do you need confirmation?) Then the next week, they emailed asking for image confirmation again. I emailed back saying that it had been confirmed already, why are they asking for confirmation again, when I'd said yes twice already? I said that the event I had ordered them for was in a couple of days now and I needed it soon, could they please keep me in the loop with what was happening (they ghosted me after this - there was no communication after that for two weeks). I even offered to pop into their badge subcontractor in Auckland to pick up the badges. 5 badges shouldn't take a whole week. Finally on the week of Christmas they get back to me to tell me that the badges are done - 2 weeks after I needed them, and 3 weeks since I had ordered them. Then when I went to pick them up, the staff instore asked me if the badges were actually ready, had I actually received a phone call, because they couldn't find them. After 10mins of looking around they finally found them under some gloves. What kind of system is that? That you lose a package within days of receiving it? More time wasted. 0 out of 10. I could have had them in half the time at half the price from Temu. Not even an apology after wasting hours of my time and taking over 3 weeks to do 5 simple badges. Incompetent, poor management, terrible communication. I hate to leave a bad reviews at Christmas, but this was the worst service I've seen in a very long time.

My experience..Helpers are called"Red shirts". So any one in a red shirt is supposed to be able to help you. However, I got the inside scoop. You need the red shirts that have the black boxes and cell phones not just cell phones. I was escorted by a red shirt with just cell phone Nothing. Then I found a red shirt with black box found right away. I agree customer service gone down hill. I purchased bottled water that had crack lids. On returning it I was given a 10 $ online voucher. I was curious so I went and inspected a full pellet size top layer and along with a manager identified multiple split tops in every pack of 24. I told the staff that I had phoned the manufacturer and guess who the manufacturer is..I said. It you This Warehouse is the manufacturer. I never followed up and will not be spending their 10 bucks shut up money. Legal crap attached to the voucher. " No further action". Suspect. inside scoop

This branch now has the worst service and not how it used to be. The staff run away when customers arrive and queues form with one staff that does decide to serve. Be prepared to be here up to 20-30minutes minimum just for the printing service, general assistance and any form of store help. The dumb part about warehouse 'stationery' is that items you want to purchase cannot be purchase through the self serve on 'the warehouse' side in order to minimise customer wait times and queues.

Lazy lazy lazy two staff on counter. One was a supervisor - neither could be bothered to give anything that closely resembled customer service. Had to get a red team member to help in the end who was very obliging.

Went to collect an order after receiving a click and collect confirmation with an order number, arrived to find that it wasn't in their system. Was told to re-order then ask for a refund. Waste of our time and money, still no result... Incompetent and annoying.

Appalling "service". I am a disabled shopper, and I was next in queue for service. Only "Dan" working at WS. Queue built up quickly. I checked with Dan - who was waiting for a customer "hold-up" if they sold $3 stamps. YES. So, I waited and waited.... Nazullah (sp) came and served. He didn't know what a postage stamp was.... then said "sold out of $3 stamps"... I replied - what denominations do you have? "No $3 stamps.... YES, i replied - - but I asked what denomination stamps go you have? "Sold out of all stamps". What AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

It says on their website that they open same time as the warehouse te rapa but went today and shut sign on counter said go to self-service checkout Can't even keep to opening hours and going between 8am and 9am there not one person who can assist poor service. Need to update hours badly
