   They really do need better systems and more staff as the wait is always silly and the shelving system in this part of the store sucks - it never used to be this way when they were a separate store. Very sad. However today I was helped by Larissa who felt my panic at a product being out of stock seemingly everywhere and calmly offered the probable reason why and helped me find a replacement. Thanks gurl! Merry Christmas

   Never enough workers. Been coming here for 3 years and has never changed. System has been changed also which doesn't allow to make adjustments on request. Was great before but now the wait is just ridiculous. I doubt owner will do anything to make this better for Takanini. Service is average but not really happy people, yet I understand why when service is slow u definitely are going to get people in a mood. Im now inline again with 12 people waiting and 1 service work attending.

   A lady Muskan on print and copy desk ruined my day. She is really useless. Warehouse management is really failed to select right candidate for this position. There are many others better than her who deserve this place. She keeps bad attitude, disrespectful behavior while talking to customers. I requested her to assist me to get the photographs. Coz I never used that system before She refused to help me. She intentionally wanted to ruin my prints and she succeeded. Please kick her out we don’t wanna see her anymore. Im definitely gonna say others to avoid shopping there.

   There is a girl Muskan on print and copy desk. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. A guy asked her for assistance and help for print job she didn't listened to him. She doesn't deserve this position must be terminated from there. The way she reacted Was unacceptable for everyone.

   Very poor customer service. They do not even acknowledge their customers . Was standing at their counter for good 20 min and no one bothered attending me. This is not the first time it’s my second time here and still same result. All the staff was busy talking amongst each other. Very very disappointed ☹️

   I put this one star because no one answers the phone. Why don't you get real passionate people on the job this goes for Manukau as well. How dare yous ignore your phones. At least carry the phone on you. Really thinking about ringing reginal manager ..get ya business skills sorted or give someone the job who gives a fudge

   I came in just to order ONE 6x4 print. I ended up being there for 50 minutes. There were only two staff members, and a nice long line of customers. Later, one of the two staff went on break! In the end, my problem could have been solved by just emailing them the photo I want printed, but no one had suggested that to me before, and none of the info signs gave that as an option. That would have saved lots of time.
