Went there to have a letter print out from my email. Staff Hannah was very helpful and friendly. She knows what she is doing. I would give her 10 out of 10 for efficiency.
Came at 8.30 to print out one singular 6x4 photo, got charged for express printing as well and it’s taken well over 45 minutes I’m still waiting as I write this #notcomingbackanytimesoon
If anyone at the warehouse stationery is experienced enough and professional enough to realise the printing services really need attention, 1 printer , photo experience zone kiosks not functional and staff that took 3hrs of me waiting to get 2 cups printed, a total disaster
I had a disappointing experience at this branch of Warehouse Stationery. I went in to get a photo printed, but the staff did not show me the image or confirm the print settings before proceeding. Unfortunately, the final print was not what I expected. I believe a quick preview or confirmation could’ve easily avoided this outcome. I hope the store can improve communication and ensure customers are shown their photos before printing. It’s a small step that makes a big difference.
Go for printing service, is just fast by sending the documents you wanted to print to their email and just in few seconds. Only 0.25 per copy in black and white
If I could give them a zero star I would. Dealt with Ben this morning who told me he could do the job I needed but then I called back to sort and he said they couldn't do it. I ended up phoning head office and spoke with Te Aroha (who was amazing!!) They sorted it immediately. Ben was an absolute drongo and I wouldn't listen to anything he has to say as it'll be incorrect and he'll send you on a wild goose chase. Go to OfficeMax or similar, we will be from now on!
Went for shopping got heaps of stuffs. Some of the stuff are on clearance sales and some are 40%sales . A whole family place for shopping ❤️
Don't expect service here. Went to make a repeat order for labels. Got told oh we can print these here...go to aisle 63 youll find them there, and reformat the label to size as per instructions on the website then we can print them. What about ordering them online? Blank looks!@!
