I visited the store after reading online that they were open until 12am. I arrived at 6:40pm because I urgently needed to print photos from a memory card for a friend and colleague who had just passed away. I was already feeling unwell and emotionally overwhelmed. After waiting in a line, I finally reached the counter where only one staff member, Logan, was working. While I was trying to look through my printing options and decide on materials, Logan kept putting me aside to help other customers instead. Given the reason I was there, I really needed just a bit of support and patience, and instead I felt ignored. Then at 6:53pm, Logan told me they would be closing at 7pm and that I needed to email the photos so I could pick them up the next day. I didn’t mind picking them up later, but instead of checking the photos I emailed, he continued helping other customers with furniture and warehouse items. At 7pm, he finally told me I had spelled “Kilbirnie” wrong in the email and that they were closed now, so he couldn’t take my order at all. I was extremely upset. First, the closing time online was incorrect, which caused unnecessary stress. Second, I was not properly assisted throughout the process. And at a moment when I was already distressed, Logan showed no empathy, no urgency, and ultimately refused to help. I spoke to the manager of the warehouse, who said he couldn’t do anything either. The entire experience was pathetic, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing—especially given the sensitive reason I needed the photos printed.

Riley was incredibly helpful. After I made a mistake on my print, he was kind enough to help me fix the sizing issue and ensured I got what I needed. He definitely needs a raise for all his hard work.

There is staff name Amman was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He incorrectly scanned my passport despite clear instructions. When I pointed out the error and requested that it be corrected, he attempted to charge me again for the service — even though the mistake was clearly his. When I refused to pay again, he became dismissive and refused to let me speak with his manager. This behavior is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. Amman’s conduct demonstrated a lack of basic customer service skills and accountability.

It's not a surprise that warehouse stationaries are closing all around the country. Can't really expect anything else when you have lazy, incompetent people in charge of things. The staff decide to shut the shop and copy machine down early on a whim on most days, even when the website says it's open for longer. Automation of these jobs can't come soon enough.

Beware of Anastasia, very rude and unhelpful. Grumpy face. If it wasn't for the helpful Halina I would have just given this review a single star. But fortunately Warehouse Stationery here has Halina who was a star of Customer Service!

Friendly staff, but I've printed posters here twice and the colour accuracy was awful. I thought it might have been my images, but other people I've talked to have had the same problem. Would recommend going elsewhere

My experience getting printing here was painful. I came here to get my drawing photocopied and printed in A2. I've had this done at other warehouse stationarys with no problem. The man who served us made this experience ten times more difficult than it had to be. When he was looking through the booklet of paper prices in front of us he kept reading off the black and white page when we told him multiple times we want to print in colour untill we literally had to show him the colour page as he looked through the booklet in front of us and we could see that he was reading the wrong page. Than once when I requested to print in A2 he told me they could only print in one GSM type. When he flipped through the paper booklet in front of us we clearly saw that A2 was an option for multiple GSM types. When we pointed it out to him he sighed and gave in, eventually letting us print in the GSM we wanted. After this was done and I assume he started printing my document, he didn't address me and let me know and awkwardly let me stand there waiting no knowing how long it would take or how much it would be. Luckily the printing didn't actually take that long only, 5 mins which is bizarre as the lady next to me printed the exact same in A2 and was told the wait time was 2 hours! Unfortunately the print is awful and all the colour is washed out but honestly dealing with workers at the print desk was so painful I couldn't even be bothered reprinting.
