You guys need more staff man. Such long waits. Tried calling multiple times all day and half hour waits no luck. Got into store and one poor chap was at the counter working his but off.
Can you pls update your address? It’s taking me to Number one shoes, and nobody answers your phone.
Useless took 2 hours to get my passport photo printed when I was told it was gonna take 30mins
Came in today to print/bind big document... mid way remembered I actually needed 2 made... total of over 500 pages... Staff member T was extremely helpful, went out of her way to do it as quick as possible, and even delayed her brake time, later she made sure I could collect my order, even though it was closing time... awesome job and I will be coming back!
Daniel went above and beyond to help me with business cards and vouchers, definitely deserves a pay rise! Amazing team they’re so helpful.
Rude staff and photos are very very poor quality I can’t believe I paid for them will not be going back in this store not a smile or thank you to be had staff obviously hate their lives and make you instantly miserable when you go there! Terrible!!!!
The most disinterested staff I have ever come across! Not a smile amongst them, bored tone & lack of eye contact. Apparently none of them want to be there so I hope they find new jobs they do like soon. On the plus side, I got my mug printed within an hour & quality was good.
Poor customer service. There were 4 person but all of them failed to give proper answers and I am not satisfied with their useless answer and excuses. They were not interested to sell items. I got this from Petone store and same thing I asked in this store they refused to give on same price and didn’t give me proper answer. Worst experience ever. Strongly not recommend this store. All staff are like they need training.
Hugely dissatisfied. Waited second in queue for about 40 minutes. WHen it was my turn I asked for passport photos, I was told wait a second and she served the next 8 customers. Each time I said I'm not waiting again, I want my photos and she took horrific photos and told us they are fine and she couldn't fix them (they don't follow the guidelines so unusable). Will never go here again
