   St Lukes Warehouse Stationery is Great. All there staff do their very best to service the customers. They may need to just set up a store for printing, scanning etc. The demand is very high in this store. Just a special mention to Sangita your Great. Happy New Year.

   I was waiting in line to get printing done for 30 minutes and then this lady called Sangita served someone who was behind us in line and they went to the side and she just decided to serve them and didn’t even acknowledge the fact I was waiting there and there was a long line and she is just talking them in her own language where is the profession these days. Very inconsiderate of other peoples times. Very disrespectful and disappointing customer service from her this is the second time I have noticed this about her

   I was there on a quiet Friday, quite happy trying out office chairs on my own. Sami came over and asked if I needed help, I didn't think I did but Sami offered some useful bits of advice. Then he helped me get the chair to the checkout and using a trolley took it all the way to the car. He was great, and excellent ambassador for the company.

   1 They using 80g paper, charge me 160g paper. 2 I paid for laminate, but they forgot. And they running out laminate material, my assignment looks ugly. They should inform me before they put my assignment into laminate. 3 before I went there, I called them, they said I only need to wait 90 min. And I asked them I will be arriving in 15 min. Please leave me a position. When I arrive anther lady said I have to wait 5 hours. ...so chaos management. So low class group people working there.

   Same experience with other people. Ordered photos, papers run out. Confirmation email says “done within 2hrs” but i was told it will be 4pm and they will give me a call(which I don’t believe it will happen) wasted my time and petrol. Give a store a call before you order photo print.
