   when i picked up my prescription they didn’t give me one of my prescriptions due to no stock and said nothing to me about it so i was aware to contact my gp for an alternative because i needed it urgently. on my last visit the name of what was prescribed on the box was correct but a different medication was in the box for a problem i didn’t even have, which is shocking and extremely dangerous. this has all started this year, ive gone here for 7 years and never had issues like this until now

   I was disappointed with the customer service at this pharmacy. The staff, especially at the reception, did not deliver good vibes or a welcoming attitude. Their communication felt unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Good customer service is important in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard. I hope they improve their attitude and provide better service in the future.

   I recently visited Unichem Sunnynook Pharmacy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I found that their products were significantly overpriced compared to other local pharmacies. For instance, the same over-the-counter medication I was looking for was listed at $22.50, while other pharmacies in the area were offering it for between $13.99 and $16.90 When I inquired about the price difference, the staff member simply said, "It's up to you not to get the product," with no further explanation or willingness to offer any insight into why the price was so much higher. The lack of transparency and the unhelpful attitude left me frustrated and questioning whether it's worth spending the extra money here. The product itself seemed standard, no different from what other pharmacies offer, but the inflated price and lack of customer care make it hard to recommend this place. If you're looking for a pharmacy that offers reasonable pricing and better customer service, you’d be better off checking out one of the many other options in the area. This pharmacy's high prices and poor service just don’t justify the inconvenience.

   Not slow to offer service but slow to provide it - always have to wait for them to find prescriptions, even when they’re made up, always have to queue, have to check what they’re providing you (as they didn’t notice a second page of a prescription once) and they don’t answer their phone. Nice staff & great selection of things though. Not particularly good on recommendations.

   The person in charge of there trade me service is absolutely RUDE! passive aggressive rude too. Save your energy, time and money and go somewhere else. Someone who would appreciate service in these trying times.

   The man that gave my mum a vaccine shot last Saturday literally bruised her arm. No need to be that rough. She's never had this issue before and I know its because of how he injected it. Let's hope he's alot more careful to others.
