   Bought one of the prescribed medicine from them. Didn't even work. Then bought the same medicine from local pharmacy and did well. I am sure the medicine from chemist warehouse was a fake one. Next time i am gonna buy another same medicine from chemist warehouse and get it tested. Also needless to mention the staff(the pharmacist) are ridiculous at Rolleston.

   Great shop, there can be que's at the counter and the pharmacists can't see people quesing for prescriptions as the shelving is to high, need a bell there to get attention or something like that.

   I’m very disappointed with the employees here. My husband went to get me conjunctivitis eye drops, he asked an employee where to go in which they replied “down there, by the fridge”. So he had grabbed the wrong eye drops due to the information he was given. If someone came in and said they need eye drops for conjunctivitis you would tell them they needed to see the pharmacist. Your staff need to be trained better. This is providing the incorrect information and I’m appalled by it.

   Terrible customer service they looked almost annoyed a customer was in there way while they were stocking shelves I'll go back to Unichem and pay for the service. Security guard was lovely

   Visited this shop yesterday and asked pharmacist if he could advise me on the average life of blood pressure machine. Answer "no idea don't make them" . Not impressed will not shop there again. They lost a potential sale yesterday.
