   I'd like to acknowledge and thank two wonderful ladies I met today when I went for my chest xray. First was the wonderful receptionist who let me take time to "catch my breath" ( I have COPD) . She was very pleasant, friendly and kind. The 2nd lady was the lady who did the xray. Wow, what a sweetheart she was. Such a wonderful personality who made me feel completely at ease. Such an asset to the team at Pacific Radiology. Thank you ladies.

   I was treated very kindly at the Paraparaumu branch today and it was very much appreciated. I was on the cancellation waiting list and did get a call that someone cancelled. The receptionist was very busy with lots of people in the waiting room. But I didn't have to wait long until I was helped. The Sonographer called me in. She was very friendly and I gave her a quick rundown on what happened. She took her time with the ultrasound and compared areas to ensure nothing got missed. I then got referred to get an x-ray done on the spot, to ensure we don't miss anything. I felt very looked after! Thank you!

   I’m really posting a review for the professional, yet extremely warm and friendly receptionist named Jenny at Pacific Radiology in Paraparaumu. People are often coming into Pacific Radiology to have imaging for potentially serious conditions/diseases. While I waited for my appointment, I noticed Jenny gently, kindly and professionally greeting and attending to people as they came and went. She went well out of her way to say some uplifting words in a very genuine way, to all her clients. It was a delight to see this kind courtesy and warmth and I know from experience, that these kindnesses can make or break a person’s day. Nice work Jenny!!

   Yesterday i was early for an appointment at the kapiti branch of pacific radiology. I had previously read some reviews regarding the staff, which werent very kind, so as i sat listening to these two lovely charming receptionists, i thought i would add my own review. I was greeted with a smile by a charming lady named Deb who was very helpful and respecful. Her companion Jools wzs equally charming and courteous so i struggled to understand why the staff had the reviews i had read about. The radiologist was also kind considerate and helpful. All in all it was a very pleasant visit, and i applaud the staff who work at kapiti radiology and id like to thank them for the great service i experienced.

   The difference of experience between Pacific Radiology and pregnancy scan services in Auckland is phenomenal - an astoundingly awful experience full of limitations, bad service and half arsed follow up response. They’re also one of the only places that don’t give a print out on pregnancy scans. Try to go somewhere else.

   No jab and you're ineligible to be a support person for your loved one. This is not a requirement from the government but a choice you have made. The person attending the appointment can be unvaccinated however.

   Omg how disgracefully rude can a receptionist, be you need to be fired this is a serious service that people have a right to have an appointment your so disgusting #!!!#& in the end i dont have an appointment and had to hang up on her will start again tomorrow then reading all the negative feed back this centre do not care as clearly this receptionist is still working after all the complaints, may need advice the kapiti MP !! So not a nice experience

   Radiographer was very efficient, friendly and professional The administration staff weren't engaging or cordial. They seemed to be annoyed their conversation was being interrupted by another client/patient? The plastic barrier didn't help with engagement but the way I was asked confirmation details it was curt, offhand and aloof. I almost had to shout to this person and she just glared at her computer screen most perplexed that my current GP wasn't the same as was on their previous notes from years ago. The referral from my current GP she obviously ignored. Surely this referral had all my current details, and which they should have keyed into their database once they had received the GP referral letter. Isn't that their job? I recommend ladies a bit more of a friendly, quick and efficient manner with clear voices and perhaps a smile
