   Have been struggling financially for the last few months due to being laid off from well paying full time job at start of April , have only been doing temp work as I haven't been able to find another full-time permanent job yet so money hasn't been the greatest, trying to keep up with bills but it is a struggle , one of my kids was apparently diagnosed with scabies and the family was given treatment cream, 3 weeks later my wife is still scratching like mad causing sores all over her body , got to the point where we had to call ambulance and they attended , was told apparently not scabies but more than likely Dermatitis, am very annoyed as I have had to take day of work to help my wife and I can't afford to lose a days wages , and they wonder why we can't afford to pay our bill

   Reception staff are rude and always making mistakes that affect the patients greatly I've had medication scripts of meds that I have to have daily that have not been sent to the chemist and when I ring they conveniently have no record of this, plus dr visits that have had the times changed by as much as 1/2an hour without notice which they are then not only unwilling to fix but also charged to my account as missed appointments as a result of a recent encounter with a karen behind the desk and an absolute refusal to allow me to see ya later another dr for an urgent matter due to their scheduling mistake and unwillingness to apologize and remedy I will be driving the extra kms into town to a better health centre rather than be subjected to these incidents they think they can act however they like as they are the only pho in mosgiel

   Overall a really great medical centre. Always able to get an appointment for myself or my kids same day if urgent which is very difficult at other centres. Nurses are all absolutely amazing and having a blood lab on site saves the hassle of travelling to town. Only downfall is occasional rudeness from reception but most are lovely.

   Rude reception. very unprofessional. I recommend any other medical center apart from this one. Reception dosnt seem to pass on information to the doctors. its a circus

   Staff are friendly and always meet my needs, I have been with this practice for 25 years and wouldn't go elsewhere. Pharmacy staff are also incredible and very welcoming. Sometimes the doctors run a little late but to me that's the sign of a good thorough Doctor. Highly recommend this practice
