   It is probably 18 months since I have been here. Lindsay Acker was the best dentist ever and I had gone to him for many years until he retired. Unfortunately since he retired, this place has gone downhill fast!! I was going overseas and wanted my teeth checked before I left. I rang three times and left three messages for someone to ring me back. They completely ignored me. After I returned home, I went there for an appointment but wasn't impressed. The rooms were very shabby and the whole place needed updating. (This may have been done by now) I now go somewhere else. Once again I rang Hoon Hay Dental and asked them to forward my records to my new dentist. That was probably 12 months ago. To my knowledge, my records were never sent to the new dentist.

   I could give them 0 stars, but it's not possible. Completely unprofessional. They shouldn't work in health. I went with some pain in one of my molars and after she checked me, Dr. Priya said that I have an Infection, I should take antibiotics and see a specialist. I bought the medicin and after a few weeks I ask her to have the referral (the endodoncist need the referral from the dentist) and they didn't answer. I moved to another city so I called EVERY DAY and they always had a kind way to gave me an excuse to not do it. "I will call you back" - "the doctor is sick" - "I will send it tomorrow". I spent too many days with pain, waiting for that simple paper. But I have more chances to find Frodo's Ring than getting my clinic history. Now I have an appoitment with a new clinic, losing the money I spent with Dr. Priya ($170). Thank you for nothing.

   They clamp your tire if you park in there parking space and.make you pay 50$ to unclamp it they even watch to make sure you walk into the other dentist before doing so, literally pray on people who don't read the signs.

   Why did my review get taken down. They clamp your car with their own clamp if you accidentally park your car there and charge 50 to unclamp. This concretes why I would never go here.

   Absolutely DISGUSTING dental services. My first appointment here the woman hygienist was running late because her flat mate had a car problem, I heard all about it during my clean and she was in a huge fluster, it was a horrible experience with her being so un-calm. The dental rooms are so outdated it reminded me of my school dentists, and it dosnt look clean. It put me off so much I hesitated going back and postponed my treatment by months. BUT I was stupid enough to try one more time - This morning I finally had my second appointment, I was in the waiting room ten minuets before my appointment time and about 5min after my appointment time, I was then told the person my appointment was with was running an hour late! NO phone call prior to tell me so I didnt waste my time. No regard to my wasted time, petrol or how that impacts my day. Needles to say I will never return and do not recommend this place to ANYONE! Everyone here needs a course on customer service!

   I highly recommend going to Hoon Hay Dental, and seeing Dr Priya. She makes you feel calm and you relaxed,she is also very kind and caring and her workmanship is superb.

   I needed to have all my teeth removed and then dentures which I was dreading but after meeting the team and discussing what needed to be done, I had no hesitation in putting myself into their hands. The team at Blossom Dental changed my life and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them.

   Dentist is super unprofessional and speaks horribly to paying customers. Done numbing wrong and still tried to remove the tooth, even with the patient feeling it all.Would never ever recommend to anybody! Worst customer service experience. I understand having a bad day but belittling someone who has serve anxiety around being at the dentist is next level.

   I would never go here again. Dentist unfriendly to the staff, i felt uncomfortable. In my opinion incompetant dentist, lyndsay was fine, but the new one is a big no from me i got charged over 1k and got nothing out of it, may have to remove tooth.

   Had a tooth pulled out today. The receptionist was lovely, and the dentist and the women helping him were verry good also. She made sure i was comfortable and happy & the dentist was verry informative and willing to help with any question i had before and after. Would deffinatly use this dental practice again if i had to. Great job guys!
