   There is a certain lady at this chemist who is constantly rude and condescending ,a mature woman who should know better when dealing with the elderly ,she made me feel inferior ,I left there shaking ,because I didn’t state a day that I was coming ,this woman is not a good ambassador for this business .I will now go elsewhere

   The staff here have been going downhill over last 6months or more. Lazy. Rude. Today I came to pick up a script I ordered yesterday and specifically said I needed one repeat out of it. Was extremely hard to give my details to the person. They kept hearing the wrong letters and name. The next day drive to town to get it and the one item I specifically needed and told them about was left out. One staff member didn’t want to walk down to where I was standing in line to help so I left the line to walk to her. Only to end up walking back to where I was to get the script. Was a young girl here a few months back who was incredibly rude to customers. Loved the range loved the people. But has been going downhill for a long time.

   COVID TESTS THAT ARE FUNDED AT THE MOMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT ARE BEING SOLD. I went and asked for a Covid test, the lady that helped me said it was not funded and wanted to charge $37 for it. I went to the farmacy next door and they gave them ti me for free. I took the time to call tem to let them know the tests should be for free. The lady that answered the phone didn't seem to care, what makes me think they are doing it on porpouse. Very sad, stealing from the people. Never coming back.

   Rang up to enquire about the purchase and delivery of a sinus rinse kit as I can't leave home due to having Covid19. Person who answered the phone didn't seem to understand my request at first, asked me if I was having a procedure done (not sure why this is relevant) and then told me deliveries only happen on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays despite their website saying deliveries are done each weekday if ordered before 2pm. Seems your website isn't reflective of what you're actually offering or perhaps your staff aren't aware of what you're offering. Frustrating.

   These guys always take so long, and aren't even friendly about it. They always have heaps of staff but it looks like they aren't doing much. They're lucky I don't want to go to Chemist Warehouse which is closer to my house, I might try find another pharmacy anyway

   Perfect!!! I popped in and chatted with the woman whose name I missed but I think she was titled Beautician Manager or something? She was super helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. I was having issues with dandruff and itchyness for quite sometime and at my wit's end and she sorted it for me and I am incredibly grateful. Thanks!
