horrible experience this morning at the said clinic. i was made to wait for over an hour. i had my ph taken from me as they needed proof i had an appt. the two receptionists spoke about me as if i wasnt there. finally the dr appeared only to ask i wait 2 minutes as she was having technical difficulties. i waited a further 15 minutes only to hear another dr tell a patient if he had bowel incontinence to see his gp. there seems to be no confidentiality within their place of business. i left in tears. then my daughter advocated for me via email and i was emailed that she was abusive. well tit for tat as i see it. if anyone needs a good medical practioner i would not recommend these people to anyone. im almost 60 and for me to cry and leave embarrassed was humiliating!!!

I spoke with an Indian Dr who was lovely but he got Dr Chris Milne in for to look at my xray, Chris comes in takes one look at me and says lose weight, little does he know I've been losing weight for awhile now and I'm down 10kg. He is a rude person, when I come back I want nothing to do with him

I had 2 appointments with Chris Milne the first I had an 5 mins wait, the second I had an hour, A visit from the receptionist would of been nice to say he was running late. The first appointment I found Chris to be very rude and dismissive. Even though he sent me for a Mri on my knee. My second appointment was a follow up to get my results and trying to get some outcome to what to do with my pain and discomfort of my knees, this journey has been a year and a half, going into his office was shocking, I found him very unprofessional we spent 5 mins going though my mri results in his terms, he gave me information about corticosteriod injections and platelet rich plasma treatments which he printed out and slammed the door behind him, I asked him about surgery and he snapped at me and said so u want a referral to a surgeon now, he was so stressed and rude, when I asked questions he got worst, I got really upset as I wanted him to help me and suggest what I can do, it was like he didn't care and I was just a number. He had said 2 people where waiting in the waiting area, and I should book in the mornings when it's quieter, the cheek of him. Obviously he over books himself and under the pump like he did say, but his mannerisms will not be forgotten. I will never go back to see him.

My mother saw Dr Brendan OβNeill about a foot issue. After 7 months of no answers she was referred to Brendan. He was delightful and professional. His bedside manner was caring and understanding. My mother is frail and very unsure of what the process was. Brendan reassured her and after assessment he referred her on to other medical services. The receptionist she spoke to was welcoming and very caring of mumβs situation. She made the whole process stress free and easy.

DO NOT GO TO DR. CHRIS MILNE He is very unprofessional and dismissive, I had around 3 sessions with him and he was very rude and rushed me every session. One appointment he had me wait for almost an hour half way through our session for no reason, possibly double booked but that is not my problem when I am in the middle of an appointment. He never acknowledged any of my symptoms and ignored me, he would basically put words in my mouth and never listened. I collapsed and was sent to the hospital one time and I asked him multiple times for an MRI and he said I didnβt need it. There was no initial pain before collapsing and it was out of no where. Which is very concerning since he ignored everything. I also initially had an MRI before and he never explained anything in it and FAILED to explain and tell me very important information about my back. I am so disappointed with the staff. Thankfully I am going to see a neurosurgeon. DO NOT go to this place it is the worst place I have every been, you are wasting your time if you go here.

I am so grateful to Dr Jessica Watson at the clinic situated in Cambridge. She explained my condition to me in a way that I understood and did a great job with my referrals down to near where I was moving to. Top job by all, thanku

For 2 years I battle with my injury. After 5 steroids injection Dr. Chris Milne is sending me for a MRI after I have told him several times to send me. I feel every time I go for an appointment I have to wait long to see him because he tries to fit in 2 patients at once. And when he finally sees me he rushes my appointment and 3 times he treated the wrong leg and I have to tell him it's the wrong leg. On my last appointment after MRI he had a student with him and he was rushing my appointment again and he said I must go for physio. And I did tell him my acc do not want to cover for physio and he was rude saying he can't do nothing without seeing the letter witch I understand but he could have handled it better after the appointment I felt upset and confused. Long story short it felt like he did not wanted to help me and was rushing to get through the appointment. And I still don't understand what to do and I took the MRI report and Googled and according to it a labral tear do not heal by it self nor physio. I have desided to go for 2 opinion.

Very disappointed considering the great reputation of anglesea. Kevin was unprofessional, dismissive and uniformative. I would highly recommended not seeing Kevin. DO NOT SEE KEVIN. He breifly explained the results for the scans yet was dismissive of the pain which inhibits my ability to use my hand, impacting not only my everyday life but my work too (being an adventure cave guide, facilitating abseiling and ziplines within a cave). After 10 weeks of recovery and rest he didn't offer any information looking forward and was disinterested in anything other than finishing his condescending speech. Thankfully my doctor had already advised that I should get a cortisone injection or something similar. Kevin talked about the risks before I gave consent but did not tell me that I should rest my hand for 24 hours and should continue to do so for the following week for lasting results. The silver lining, the reception staff were exceptional.
