   I would give no star, if possible. Booked a vaccination online, rang before turning up, just to make sure and got the name of the vaccine over the phone, - all good. Drove especially to this pharmacy, as they apparently had the vaccine I was after. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill in a vaccination consent form by a staff member who was not very polite and also unaware that the pharmacist giving the vaccine had to explain a few things to me first before I could sign certain items on the consent form. I was punctual and the pharmacy was not busy, but they made me wait for 10 minutes before the pharmacist finally stepped out from behind his counter and declared that they were out of that particular vaccine. He would have seen and heard every word that was exchanged regarding the consent form. Completely idiotic approach, defeating all logic and also rude! Do not bother making a booking on line ( which should not be possible, if they can't actually provide the vaccination you are booking!), or calling them shortly before your appointment to confirm, as they have no clue or don't care at all, just make stuff up and when you turn up, all you did correctly in order to get what you want turns out to be a total waste of your time, as you have been mislead and treated with the utmost disrespect and ignorance by the staff in this pharmacy. Unprofessional. Avoid this place!

   We went into get an Ear piercing, there would have been about 5 staff, got told they were all about to have their afternoon tea break and they won’t be able to help and come back later.….wow lost for words.

   Asked about getting ear pierced lady said should be ok, then said the other woman does it. There was only one other customer getting a script, a rainy mid afternoon today and she said she couldn’t do as there was a staff member away and screwed her face up. Come back Friday she said with no eye contact and looked away, she had no customer near her. There were five staff on and shouldn’t have been a problem, she had a bad attitude and quite rude. I’m sure the first lady that was serving me was embarrassed. Basically I won’t go back, I’m a tidy dressed 72yr old polite lady and am disgusted with that woman.

   Assistants are bossy and officious. I'm not surprised they have a sign telling customers to be courteous because the unhelpful culture among the counter staff attracts frustrated responses. They process you but don't assist you. Made to feel like I'm a nuisance. Assistants don't answer questions asked but read from the box instead of calling someone that does know how to answer the question. Then they argue that they've answered the question. They talk down to you, then call you rude because you repeat a question. They have poor product knowledge but that would be OK if they asked the qualified people to help. Part of their training should be not to raise their voice, moderate their tone and not get into arguments. The smarty pants attitude displayed is not appropriate. You'll find there will be far more courtesy if you don't show a disrespectful, condescending attitude. They should remember who pays them. No customers, no business, no job.

   Pharmacist very rude and not understanding. I work in Healthcare and know that what's expected. He was unnecessary in the way he spoke to me. Won't be going back. I hope he is a good Pharmacist as his people skills are terrible.

   Won’t shop or get my prescriptions here any longer. Tried to give benefit of doubt for 6 months plus. Price gouged on masks during Covid. Rude and unfriendly staff and terrible service. Can’t find prescriptions or get them ready on time. Not supporting this particular local business until they can make some changes.

   Fantastic service!! Once again Esther & the team were amazing in their treatment. Given our current circumstances with covid-19 & lockdown etc I was expecting it to be much harder than it was. I had an over the phone consultation with Esther and within 2-3hrs my prescription was delivered to my driveway by a lovely member of staff who yelled out kindly from a distance. Thanks team! Keep doing what you do & stay safe & well.
