   Helpful receptionist June and nurse who I spoke to this morning. I’ve been going here since I was little and every time the ladies at the front are warm and friendly.

   Lovely receptionists, doctors, pharmacist and nurses, except for one named Saskia. First encountet was when I rang to confirm the dose of a medication (blood test result-based). This was a Friday afternoon and when she rang me back she first said they were planning to call me on Monday. So I was like, why Monday when I still don't have a dose for tonight and the next 3 nights, she then replied I am sorry about that. I don't know if she herself is confused. Second encounter, I rang again for the same reason as the GP instructed me to do so. Blood test on that day thek confirm the dosing for the long weekend. Unfortunately, it was this nurse again. When I answered, she just said, this is one of the nurses in the clinic. We have not received your results yet so we coule not confirm the dose. I told her I always ask for a copy of my results from Awanui so I know what it is. She replied back, well we still don't have it. I told her I don't know what happened but I am telling you, this is my result. I get it that she does not have it yet but it is the way she answers the call and the way she talks, she is very rude! She calls again, saying "this is the nurse from Te Puna", no name again. She says the doctor had confirmed so you will take alternate 4.5. I was like, what alternate 4.5. Did you mean alternate 4 and 5? She did not respond. I honestly do not trust this nurse with my health at all. She does not have a clue what she is talking about. She is apathetic and sounds like she is forced to work! Does not care about the patient at all. Please avoid this nurse at all cost.

   I am getting tired of unpleasant experiences with this place. They don’t seem to care or value others time. Repeatedly I’ve been made to wait for 45 ‘minutes to an hour to see the doctor even though I came in 15 mins prior to my scheduled appointment time. It has happened multiple times not just once. It’s hard to get an appointment in a weeks time and I took permission from work and came on time hoping to return to work. It has been really frustrating experience simply waiting without knowing when you will be called in. And meeting doctor was hardly helpful.. just get blood test done and see me again by paying consultation and book another appointment wait again.. Hoping and trying move away from this place as soon as possible. If you’re enrolling here.. make sure you have all the time in the world reserved for these guys.

   Really bad customer service. They're so rude. Always fully booked. I called to get a repeat for my prescription and the nurse said the latest they can get me my prescription is next week. This is not good. I will have to miss out 5 days which is not really good for my health. Not recommended.

   Good doctors, cheap for low income families, on-site pharmacy, Ample parking, however must book well in advance for an appointment, place is busy, not the clinics fault though.
