   Have been a patient here for many years. The staff are brilliant especially the doctor and the nurses. Super bubbly to chat to about sensitive topics. Scripts sent to your pharmacy of choice. Testing results are always promptly available via text. Would recommend this as it's cheaper than going to a regular g.p who don't specialise in sexual health.

   I’m waiting to see some can results for a pap and there’s a high possibility they could be had given my last one. missed there call by 3 minutes after stressing for weeks, called back to be told there are no slots for a nurse to call me about them. And they told me that no need is good news, so now I know my scans have come back abnormal again, yet I can talk to anyone till tomorrow. Absolutely useless

   I came in to have a IUD inserted and Claire was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything in great detail and instantly calmed any nerves I had. She was such a beautiful soul and i couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The clinic is very lucky to have her!

   I had a surprisingly good experience getting my IUD changed here with a nurse called Claire. My first time getting one was pretty awful so I was really nervous to get it again but it wasn't nearly as bad this time around! Claire was amazing, so friendly, patient and empathetic, she's exactly who you hope to be treating you at one of these clinics :)

   I’ve had only good experiences at Family Planning. I love that they check on your well-being and do their best to make sure clients are in healthy relationships and more. I felt very supported during the not very pleasant process of an IUD insertion. Would recommend going to a FP clinic for anything like this, as they specialise in sexual health and contraception so I feel like it’s your best shot at success first time. It can take a long while to get an appointment, but I take this as a sign of them potentially needing expansion and more support.. It’s a shame not everyone reports favourable experiences, but I assume this is a result of being overbooked and trying to help too many.

   Where do I even start... The receptionist is rude at best. I was attending as an advocate for someone with an extreme anxiety disorder. Unfortunately I had to bring my children due to it being such short notice. The receptionist openly discussed with a colleague my children "running around". At the time this comment was made my daughter was sleeping whilst my son sat quietly in the corner playing a game. I'll admit my daughter was briefly crawling around, however when there are no other clients around I assumed it wouldn't be such a big deal. Masks are still enforced (I actually have an exemption however was so uncomfortable I wore one anyway). The eye rolling and side eye was frankly disgusting. As someone working in administration I can't imagine running a buisness with such judgmental staff. I think she may need a firm reminder that her behavior has an impact on others. Luckily I'm mentally stable, if I weren't her attitude would have triggered me significantly. Kindness is key.

   First time there and the lady at the counter was extremely dismissive and borderline rude, desk lady needs to be retrained in how she deals with people because it make two first come visitors uncomfortable talking about sensitive topics. Left without getting the issue resolved because of her attitude.

   Have visited for IUD removal and replacement. Service was brilliant, reassuring, understanding, discreet and friendly. Felt I needed to write this review as I saw the bad ones here and this was not my experience at all. This is a State funded service and we can’t expect private clinic speed somewhere like this. My doctor was fab, I felt at ease and everything went smoothly. They’re doing great work here.
