Thank you so much Dr Sidhesh Phaldessai for your patience, knowledge, and your kind client centred humanistic approach :) Thanks also to Gillian for the kind understanding of what was a challenging time! :) It was life changing to be so clearly ‘seen’ and my experiences validated.    Saw a doctor there and honestly this guy shouldn't have a licence to practise. Crackpot ideas and diagnosis for real pain conditions. Never put his hands on me but reckons my pain is caused by a mental health condition. Mate, ever thought it might be the other way around? My poor mental health is exacerbated by my pain not the other way around. Luckily there are real medical professionals out there with experience that can refute these diagnosis. I can't write what the specialist I saw after this guy said as Google won't allow it to be published but let's just say the words were colourful and this is a specialist of 40 years in the field. I'd steer clear of Practice 92 if I were you.

   I do not want to invalidate the experiences expressed by others in their reviews, because I know how frustrating it is when you're made to feel over-looked and unprioritised by a healthcare provider. However, I am surprised to see so many negative comments about this practice, given how wildly these experiences differ from my own. Dr Phaldessai has been an absolutely wonderful help at every turn and I have found the administration staff to be good communicators, enabling a fast turn-around of scripts. It's a shame to see that not everyone feels that way! I just wanted to share that I have had an extremely positive experience here and while some people may have had bad experiences, many of the negative comments below do not reflect the excellent care I have received from Practice 92.

   The staff are nice enough, but it takes far too long to get a script complete. A minimum of 10 days from when I enquire about renewing my script. Once took a month before I got the medication I need to function properly. Same experience with my partner who goes to this practice. Honestly, we shouldn't have to ration our medication or go without because Practice 92 can't adequately deal with their admin.

   I am so grateful to have accessibility to Dr. Tony Fernando's expertise considering his highly recognised accomplishments. Dr. Fernando has the ability to sensitively extract the required information in order to help through his gentle and steadfast methods, probing at the right moments to gain a full picture and understanding so he could informatively advise and find solutions. He is professional and diligent while remaining down to earth and kind. I was very fortunate to be called in to cover a last minute cancelation as he has a long waiting list ahead. I feel extremely refreshed, positive and hopeful after my session with Dr. Fernando and he even opened up a new slot in his booked out calendar to ensure my follow up appointment is timely. I so look forward to our next appointment, thanks again Dr. Fernando!

   Practice 92 do not value their patients AT ALL. I have been emailing this place back and forth for months on end. It took nearly 6 months to reply to my first email. I want to come back here and receive further assistance for my serious mental health issues, but these people seem to make it way worse for me. After my first appointment last year, I began my new medication, I haven’t heard a dickie bird to see how I was handling the medication, let alone my mental stability. All I needed was one document signed. This takes 30 seconds. THAT’S ALL. I have had absolutely no result, no follow ups, taking days to reply and I’m not wasting anymore of my life trying to get help from these people who clearly have more important things on their mind than their suffering patients. Do better. I won’t be back and neither will anyone I will come across.
