The team here has always looked after my family very well. During tricky times for us with sick kids etc, they have given advise and rushed medications to us via courier. This feels like our Pharmacy, where they know us and look out for us.
Everytime i have gone to get a prescription filled there has been a delay, or obstacle or a more difficult than it should be customer experience. For very common standard things im sure they are great, but for more outlier cases my experience is less than great
Had reason to attend this Pharmacy for Finger Prick blood tests...all staff helpful and kind and followed up. Great to see their weekend hours... didn't realize they were open.. We will return...
I never write reviews but the lady behind the counter literally took advantage of me, so upset! I was very stressed filling an urgent prescription and she said that I had to buy this other very expensive item for my health. I asked if it was vital because I couldn't afford it which she said yes. Then when I asked if it was possible to get it at the supermarket for cheaper, she straight up lied said there was no way and I had to buy this one. I am on a student budget, that ate into my groceries for the week, thanks. You shouldn't be working in healthcare, selfish, mean lady. I will never return to your pharmacy get your morals in check.
Had to take my friend to get a prescription filled urgently. The pharmacist wasn’t even there. They kept telling us the pharmacist would be there soon. We waited 20 minutes and just gave up and went to the pharmacy down the road.
Took in a friend from up North to get a foundation she was after. An older, very well dressed woman looked up computer, but they do not stock that brand. was most helpful in letting us know where we could purchase it and gave us her pharmacy number to make things easier. most helpful
The lady staff who is in charge of taking photos is SO RUDE and AGGRESSIVE! I had never had such a terrible experience in New Zealand. My passport photo taken there was rejected. I had to go there to retake, which is the ugliest photo ever. I asked for a hard copy which was paid in my last payment. But she kept aggressively challenging why the photo was rejected. I told her I really don't know the reason and the application is online. It was rejected automatically without any reason given. But she kept asking and saying "it's impossible..." I felt I was treated like a fraudulent (just for a couple dollars worth of photo). Don't suggest anyone go there, especially if you have any heart problems or high blood pressure!
When I searched Justice of Peace, this place popped up. So I went there. The staff was smiling and helpful. She told me the JP only work once a week on Wednesday. She said if it's urgent, I can contact the JP by myself. She gave me the contact information of the JP. I later texted her to make an appointment and eventually have the certified copies I needed.
