It clearly states that the item is available in-store and for click and collect. However, when I went there, the blonde lady wearing a black t-shirt didn’t even bother to check the stock properly. She just glanced at a few products and said, “Nope, we don’t have it.” She definitely didn’t seem interested in helping me or showing me how I could get the product. If someone isn’t keen to assist customers, maybe it’s time to consider a different role. Thank you for wasting my time to come to your store.

Booked a consultation and filled out forms instructions to be told I needed blood tests before I come. I suggest you tell people this prior to wasting our time. Then got treated like it was my fault by a rude pharmacist. I'll go elsewhere...

Terrible experience, botched ear piercing done by Nadine. One side placed too low and done at the wrong angle. Nadine was impatient, didn't explain anything and had an uncaring attitude. Took the studs out a few hours later. Very disappointed on what should have been a happy occasion for my teenage daughter as it was her first ear piercing. Don't come here, just go elsewhere.

Do not get your ears pierced here. I was served by Nadine and she had the most appalling attitude. First of all, she did not even care to explain the aftercare process of how to care for the piercing properly while I was filling out the form and seemed very impatient with us. When she had done the first one it was good but the second one she stood in the exact same spot that she did my first one in, leaned across me, missed the dot and didn’t even get it in the right spot. Once it was done, I mentioned that it was a bit crooked but she just shrugged it off and said “Oh well I can’t do anything about it”. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The experience was extremely bad. I bought two bottles of foundation today but realized I had bought the wrong ones. So I went to exchange the shades in the afternoon, and they initially prepared to swap them for me. However, during the process, a staff member told the person helping me that the exchange wasn't allowed and that we needed to apply to the manager, asking me to wait for half an hour until the manager arrived. I waited, but when I came to the store, they asked me to wait again while they went to fetch the manager. The manager was Korean, and after she spoke, she said she couldn't make the decision either, asking me to wait until tomorrow or that she would verify with the sales team first and then get back to me. I mean, they told me during the purchase that exchanges were allowed within a week. But when I came to exchange, everyone kept passing the buck! I went to exchange within three hours, and the products weren't even opened. The ridiculous part was that they opened the packages to check if I had used them. I have no idea who's in charge here—since when do customers need staff members to boss them around during an exchange? Is this how your team handles things? Customers have work too, so can't we show each other some understanding? Why did they first say it was okay, then say no? They told me to wait for the manager to arrive for the exchange, but when the manager came, she still said no. Is this how you handle customer issues? I think I'll never shop here again. The experience was extremely bad! What's more, a Filipino staff member had a particularly poor attitude, acting like she was in charge of the store. Let's see how they reply to me tomorrow! I wanted to find the store manager, but they told me the manager wasn't there.

I like the layout of the store. The signage is clear and the experience feels premium. The products that I bought were on sale at the time and the prices were better than other pharmacies.

I asked the Albany store to keep five Dior lipsticks for me on the weekend, and the counter manager kept the goods for me. When I came to the store today to pay, I was told that lipsticks were sold to stuff by the beauty manager when the counter manager was not at work, I drove to the store for half an hour, and now I didn't get the lipstick .It's really too irritating!!!

"I have gotten to know the girls well over the years and they are always pleasant and offer good service. They are also helpful with any advise that I may need regarding certain products I am looking for." They were also the ones I sought out after having a fall and smacking my head on the concrete pavement and left with a bleeding wound. They did not hesitate in cleaning it and applying a plaster. I really appreciated their help.

THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST. The lack of customer service skills is just unbelievable. Saw them ganging up on a customer who was complaining about their service. I was gobsmacked. 3 staff, including the pharmacist who was extremely extremely rude. Raising her eyebrows and rolling her eyes while talking to the customer. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The most disgusting service I have ever encountered, I had to explained myself to 3 people, when the pharmacist sophia was too busy on her phone, so when she came I had to explained myself to her again, which annoyed me as i had bad itchy and sore throat and having a hard time talking, I dont know why the other staff girl did not already let her know my concern. When I went back and let sophia know shes rude, she did not like my feedback and told me i offended her, because i rolled my eyes on her and said "omg" yah because im frustrated because i had to explained myself again! Did any of you ever consider that I was more offended with your lack of customer service and manners. They pick and choose who they want to be helpful and friendly with. Dont ever approached the pharmacist sophia she cant take feedback and plays the victim. Chemists warehouse has by far the best customer service.
