   Unprofessional approach customer service. Her attitude is horrible towards me and my daughter. Lucky the team and Owner are there, calm and respectful I give them 5 stars. I talked to the owner on how she approach me, a racist attitude because I am Asian, and she "doesn't share her own pen" so she gave me another pen, I understand it's covid however in not a nice way saying. I wrote my daughter's surname and she said in a disgusting manner" "Who is these people?" I responded that's my daughter's surname. As I watched her approached another person with 'white skin' she became nice and helpful towards her. For me she showed attitude. Anne the one you served me with an unpleasant manner please fix your behavior. Thank you Karen and team especially the Owner who is respectful and calm towards me.

   Mostly useless pharmacy with terribly slow and disorganised service. Their fax machine is never working, so they lose prescriptions sent to them. You actually need to specifically request your doctor to email them each time. Also they're not open on predictable dates around public holidays like other places so you can't get your repeat prescriptions and need to get emergency 3-day supplies from other pharmacies. When they are working they don't dispense a full month's worth of medication, telling you to come back and get the remaining 10 tablets or whatever because they don't have enough stock. Why waste petrol and time making multiple trips to this pharmacy because of their incompetence, just go to another. They are a disservice to the Mairangi Bay community. Shame.

   Lypo-Spheric Vit C (Livon) I purchased a pkt last week from MBP at $64.99. I returned yesterday to buy some for an elderly couple $89.99. $25 increase in ONE WEEK When I questioned the owner he shrugged his shoulders and said 'it's GOLD' He added that he's 'not sure when I will get another order filled' which indicated to me he had hiked the price of existing stock. This was confirmed when I went home and compared the batch number to my previous box ...SAME !!! I am aware it is not the only product he has loaded. Unethical, digusting practice. Taking advantage of a world in crisis. I will never step foot in that shop agajn.

   I took a very excited but nervous 5 year old in to have her ears pierced. Ashleigh who served us and pierced our ears was fantastic! I highly recommend her if you are looking for somewhere to take your child to have their ears pierced. Friendly, Warm staff at Unichem Mairangi Bay.

   Very disappointed in my latest experience at my local pharmacy. I have been going there for years and since the old staff has disappeared, the friendliness, knowledge and courtesy has disapeared. Also, the two dollar surcharge, per prescription, on a saturday i think is very poor.
