Do NOT use them. I got an implant in that lasted less than 3 years and they have been impossible to get a hold of. Other dentist have said my implant was too short/shallow at extreme risky of being faulty. So frustrating to have spent so much money and still be toothless.
It’s about time accountability was brought into the spotlight. When people in positions of trust treat their staff and patients poorly! it eventually catches up with them. It’s a harsh reminder of how important it is to act with integrity—karma has a way of working things out in the end! I truly hope he faces his day in court and justice is served.
Worse than 1 star. It could not be any worse in fact. Jake and THD is now in Liquidation which should come as no surprise to anyone who has ever dealt with them. I had to take Jake to the Disputes Tribunal just to get what I had paid for. After nearly 4yrs, failed implants and a terrible experience, I finally got my implants and crowns. Then, 3wks later a crown broke... even today Jake refuses to tell me who made my crowns so I can seek recourse via warranty unless I remove a previous (factual) review about him. Jake has already been suspended from practice, and he should never be allowed to practice again.
Painful person to deal with.... after long delays and over promising over and over again. Got the job done i guess… luckily not by himself but a real reputable dentist he had to hire. Google the news article for the place.....
