   I’ve been with them for several years. The staff are caring, patient, and supportive. They made me feel very comfortable discussing my health situation with the doctors and nurses. Unfortunately, appointments here are usually booked out far in advance, not their fault tho. Overall I really appreciate the service, and the warmth they showed when I was a bit under the weather.

   Been trying to get a reclaim on an old surgery I had, my doctor doesn't want a bar of it everytime it's oh I don't think it's going to work or just straight denial all I wanted was an x-ray willing to pay but she said there was no point I'm absolutely disgusted and now I have a half messed up hand and can't do anything about it thanks guys

   Since moving to Ōtautahi and joining this practice I've felt cared for and looked after holistically in a way that I previously hadn't. Needing a lot of healthcare kinda sucks in a way, but it sucks less when your healthcare provider is as friendly and welcoming as the team at Cashel Health Centre. Always open to working collaboratively on my health goals and it genuinely feels like they care about getting me back to a better place. Big ups!!

   I've had no problems since joining here. The receptionist is lovely and helpful. Dr Pip and the nurse practionioners have been fantastic. Most importantly I have felt heard.

   Terrible at time management, gps need to put there foot down and make patients schedule double appointments if they want to take ao long. I book an appointment hoping to have it on time so I can make other urgent appointments on time.

   So paying $19.50 for an appointment that I thought was canceled when I heard the doctor I was seeing today is unwell. Didn't even think that I'd be seeing a different doctor, or was even told over the phone when Kingdom Clinic called me. They asked if I wanted to reschedule which I declined but didn't say that todays appointment would still be going ahead. Very poor communication on Kingdom Clinics part.

   Terrible service regarding receptionist, rude, poor communication and dismissive, the least we expect is compassion and a kind caring manner. The practice is very behind technology wise, which makes things very difficult for clinic clients. You can no longer book online or email for appointments or prescriptions but they rarely answer the phone. If questioned regarding a mistake on their end they are defensive and dismissive. The clinic change the way they do things but do not notify clients, they put posts on Facebook, which very few people will be following. They also close randomly one or two days a week with little warning. Dr Tremewan is a lovely caring doctor but the clinic as a whole does not treat her patients well, which means they are not supporting her in treating her patients. I think it's sad that you can love your doctor but have to consider leaving due to the poor service of the clinic.
