   Very bad experience. Absolutely hopeless at the Otara clinic. Very long waits, no regard for patients time or understanding. no customer service I wrote an email to complain about a week ago and no one has gotten back to be about it.

   They help Only specific group of people Unhelpful staff rather given other contacts for follow ups leaving me unclear and alone in the process . Horrible.. Complete waste of time contacting them when in a real Need !

   I have recently enrolled with the clinic. The nurses, Linda at reception, Doctor John Roke are all exceptionally knowledgeable and diligent. They explain things clearly and provide a wealth of information. You can always get an appointment when required with the walk in system, and always get information sent to you that goes above and beyond expectations. A very competent and experienced medical team - I would recommend to all.

   This place is not what you expect from its name. This is much more horrible and disgusting. The staff don't know what they are doing. But once you go there, you are stuck!! Into a vicious circle of FUNDING. You will not longer be treated as a live human being but rather a way to rip off more funding for treating you with something you never had. You will be told that you have depression, obesity.. when you are actually perfect. And yes you are perfect the way you are... and your family loves you the way you are.. You don't really need to waste 3 hours to learn how to close your eyes and REVERSE COUNTING FROM 10 to 1... DO YOU?? These people think that we are stupid to listen some pre designed speech... But if we ever ask a question, THERE WILL BE A PRE DESIGNED ANSWER, ""GOOD QUESTION, I WILL GET BACK TO THIS AFTER DISCUSSING WITH MY COLLEAGUES""
