Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about. I've been coming here for a while and have never had any problems. The staff are nice
Service has definitely improved under the new team there. Downside is they are only open Monday to Friday during work hours. That's ok for me but don't know how others do it for picking up scripts etc.
Came into get a passport photo done. The dedicated person for this was not present apparently so they wouldn't do it. When I asked where else I could go they didn't know and suggested the post office which is quite funny as the Ellerslie one has been gone for months now. Unichem Harris Road and Lynn Ave both do them but neither were suggested which I found quite odd.
The front of shop staff (1 in particular) should retire or change jobs where she is not in front of the public. Have been going here for 4 years but will not be returning after my last visit a couple of weeks ago - script not received twice - not the first time this has happened. My preference is to deal local but will be going elsewhere due to frustration and rudeness everytime I go there - no more!
rude staff! I walked in with a smile and a good morning to be met with a blank stare. Then while looking for the product I needed which was ultimately out of stock, I could hear all the staff gossiping about a customer. I left straight away and will not be returning to this branch. Working in customer services myself this is very disappointing as a welcoming approach is pivotal to the success of any customer facing business.

Never a good experience filling scripts here. Always seems to be some sort of issue. Even if you call ahead things aren’t ready when you arrive. Sometimes they don’t even have the item(s) but won’t bother to call and tell you, they just wait for you to come in and give you the run around.
Excellent chemist. Lovely staff with good advice which is much appreciated when you need it
The worst pharmacy I’ve been to. They never have what you need (but don’t worry they’ve got tacky gifts galore!), the vague text your receive doesn’t specify what is ready to collect and then when you go to collect it, it isn’t ready or there is something not in stock.. they then don’t contact you when they get that item in and they just let your prescription lapse. Staff are always miserable. Go to Unichem Lunn Ave if you can, I definitely will be.
Small but a very good pharmacy with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that recommend medicine that suits you best. My first experience was good and very satisfactory
