“I went into this store today with a friend to simply browse. My experience was far more than I expected as I had been in the store once before. I found myself looking at the gorgeous jewellery that they have. The lady assistant was an absolute treasure. Her engaging smile, fantastic humour and her ability to allow me to try the rings on was wonderful. I was so tempted to purchase but had promised the funds to a friend in need otherwise I would have come home with the ring. Thank you so much for making me feel a million dollars and being so delightful and attentive. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience.”

“The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”

“Lovely staff who always greet you with a smile! Was able to grab a lot of wool for a cheap price and the needles only cost me $1. Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. “I had great service with Laurence. She is just gorgeous! My husband bought me pearls as I had lost mine, then found them and she kindly allowed me to exchange for something else of value. However my mother is gravely ill and Laurence could see I was stressed and she took her time including telling me she was happy to give me a gift card to do this another time. Long story short I ended up spending a further $500 in store on top of my exchange. I'd totally recommend the service of Laurence and the quality of Stewart Dawsons jewellery.”
