“The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”

“Lovely staff who always greet you with a smile! Was able to grab a lot of wool for a cheap price and the needles only cost me $1. Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

“I had great service with Laurence. She is just gorgeous! My husband bought me pearls as I had lost mine, then found them and she kindly allowed me to exchange for something else of value. However my mother is gravely ill and Laurence could see I was stressed and she took her time including telling me she was happy to give me a gift card to do this another time. The girls Mia, Caitlin & Nadine was so patient with me asking to looking at all different options and taking their time to explain the jewelery and help me wittle my options down to the perfect one. I then had them offer to take my option down to the local cobbler to ensure it would be suitable to engrave.. I'm usually a Michael Hill customer.. but after visiting this store and the girls.. safe to say I won't be going anywhere else as their customer service was just outstanding.
