Headed into store with my partner a week ago and immediately felt unwelcome. We went towards the rings & both workers stared and turned away instead of greeting us. Were we discriminated against? Another customer walked in shortly after us and the blonde worker went and greeted them. It was our first time in that store and don’t think we’ll be back again. So disappointed.
Always love Pandora and its collection. Came here for Game of thrones collection and got what I wanted. I have to wait until the staff serve those coming earlier. It was a busy weekend and they only have 2 staff available. Yet they are very friendly, chatty and helpful. The store is beautifully arranged. Displays are clear and appealing. The store is spacious enough so it should not be problematic for those using wheelchairs. Happy to be back here soon
