   I love Kmart, but not this one so much! It was quite messy looking with a lot of clothing in the wrong places. This made looking for items extremely difficult. I can usually find what I want with little difficulty at the Hastings branch. It is always tidy with items in the right places. I was at the Napier store before 9am so it was obviously like that from yesterday. Think I'll stick to the Hastings Kmart.

   Didn't intend to buy a bunch of random things but the prices there are aren't too bad at all and if you know how to look you'll find some good quality stuff. Bonus is the pokemon booster packs.

   This Kmart is always a mess and hard to get around as there's cages and stock laying around everywhere! I work with someone who is in a wheelchair who literally can shop there coz there's cages of stock abd boxes on the floor in all the isles. I went to get a click abd collect once and had to wait ages for someone to help me at the click and collect area, only for them to arrive and have to dig through clothes that had been piled on the desk to find my info. There's no pride or order in this store

   My 1st time at Kmart Napier Great parking area .very tidy in-store .and now we get to the not so good stuff .myself and my wife were after new pillows and had seen the huge signs on these huge pillow cages $19 .there were 2 x cage areas with this huge price tag associated with the pillows . Went to pay at checkout and pillows are $37 each ????? Unfortunately we were in a rush to an appointment so couldn't just take back or even grab an assistant as she was busy .so on our way out of the store and having our receipt scanned .I informed the scan operator of Kmarts apparent deception on product pricing or just a simple case of human error placing more expensive items in incorrect priced areas . Come on Kmart get with it please .bad enough there's no price tags on items .but to have huge tickets stating wrong prices ??? Unfortunately my photos didn't capture the price tag

   Very good lots of specials but alot of goods didnt have prices. I did scan them 4-5 items. Machine said couldnt give a price get a staff member!!!

   The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!
