   Had a 30 mins drive from the wopwops jst to swap the wrong size shoe. I had called an hr before driv8ng all the way. I was told its ok to swap because its jst wrong shoe size and same prize for it. Just to come in store and told differently Like If yall were straight up with your phone calls I would not have driven such a long way in wet weather SMH . I understand policies protocols and whatnot but the fact yall dont know your own protocols/policies and having to waste someone else's time, energy and gas

   Rating: 2/5 I usually have good experiences at Bunnings, but this visit was frustrating. I waited around 20 minutes at the service desk to book a van, which I understand can happen when staff are busy. However, once I was served, the process felt unnecessarily slow and unhelpful. I was initially told the van was fully booked for the day. When I said I was flexible and could also take it the next morning, I was told it might be available, then not available again. By the time the staff member finally entered it into the system, the van had been booked by someone else — apparently while I was standing there waiting. What made it worse was the lack of apology or ownership of the situation. I don’t mind waiting, and I understand things get busy, but clearer communication, a bit more urgency, and basic customer empathy would have gone a long way. This felt like poor customer service, especially given that I was trying to be flexible.

   Messy disorganised garden area. Not a joy. I came in to look at water blasters with a view to buying one. No one to help. I spent a good 30mins choosing one. I was very happy as the isle was clearly marked and pricing.

   This place used to be a great place to return especially because of their staff as you could get the the same stuff from somewhere else. I am not pleased by the service here any more as except a few lovely workers who are there for a long time, all the new staff are soooo grumpy and don't want to help. It's very unpleasant when the staff treat you like "why do you need that?". Once all I recieved were the price and grumpy attitude. I didn't hear hi, good morning, have a good one, nothing.

   40 mins wasted ill never get back. I walked up and down the directed isles and spoke to customer service all looking for firewood. After waiting ages for an area expert to come help, he looked for two minutes shrugged his shoulders and said "i guess the website is wrong" despite the store showing 18 in stock. People make mistakes, but I don't appreciate folks wasting my time without even an apology.

   I went to you the other day and it was a wonderful experience staff greeted us at the door and told us what direction to start heading in for what we were after Nice wide Isles good lighting wheelchair accessible and wheelchair parking is close to the entrance really good variety of products and pricing was good as well delivery can be made for large orders And they have online service as well overall a great experience

   As a local of 20years Bunnings has let me down time and time again. When I asked to get price match they take forever keep you standing there for at least 30minutes whilst they try everything to get out of doing it - yet have no excuse -so they end up having do it after a half hour wait . Go to mitre ten and they do it straight away and with a smile on their face . Customer service is extremely poor at this store , we get treated poorly because we look young I believe and that’s really quite sad. Went in the other day and they’re saw was broken yet not one worker knew how to use a hand saw (all men) should I add . So after a days digging of holes they made me do it to return the next day to be told they should have done that for me . Just useless service . Mitre ten is the best dont waste time visiting this store

   Seems like a really popular spot. Personally, I haven't had good experiences. The staff I dealt with weren't helpful and didn't seem to understand good customer service. I will give it another try in time and update my review. But for now I will stick to Mitre 10.
