   I LOVE this store! I actually live closer to another store, but the staff there are a bit pushy. Thankfully I decided to try Onehunga instead and I am so happy I did! Christy was the first person we met and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for me making recommendations, showing me different styles, and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Aleesha is also amazing! Helped with recommendations while Christy was busy, and is just a really lovely person to deal with. They both are. Thank you team!

   recently visited Souk at Michael Hill while looking for a special pair of earrings for my mother-in-law, and I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Souk. She was outstanding ,incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that really showed her expertise and care. If you’re shopping for jewellery and want a smooth, personal, and pleasant experience, I highly recommend asking for Souk. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Will definitely be coming back but only to see her!

   Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The server was so inconsiderate and sales pushy. My partner and I thought it would be a special experience looking for an engagement ring as it was our first time. However the server was all about wanting commission, never asked what we were looking for, what our budget was and just throwing rings at us and when I found something I semi-liked she was persistent we buy it now and overbearing we did not feel comfortable or listened too at all. was not a pleasant experience & would never return.

   Wow. From the time we entered the endless quality jewellery showroom until the time we left,we were treated so special. Beau served us,immediately Beau showed genuine helpful interest in our Jewellery Xmas gifts needs, Beau also included a staff member for her opinion for a younger girls jewellery gift. The jewellery choices were amazing. The manager kindly took the time to acknowledge us and offered to clean our jewellery that we wore. Our beautiful purchased jewellery was Xmas wrapped and detailed with such care. Many thanks Onehunga Michael Hill Jewellers Beau and Team for our memorable shopping time with you.
