Thank you for the patience, It’s hard to tell how the jewels look in your body. Imaya was so lovely and helpful. She helped me and even it took quite long time to made up my mind, She was super nice and assisted me looking for what I wanted. Very happy with the visit!
Aggressive begging outside and INSIDE the shop. Pushy sales tactics with multiple staff trying to sell you an item at the same time. Staff have straight up lied about product availability and promotion dates to close a sale. I am a long time customer and visit other branches to compare stock, so I know that the staff are dishonest about low availability to make you buy a product. I avoid shopping at this branch.
Had a truly great experience Swarovski in Queen Street always with smiles on their faces and willing to help as far as possible my first visit last Wednesday I ended up buying a nice bangle as I had to sail on I got at a discount the Imaya was the sales person and do you did a great job of getting the right size for my wrist the next day I was in and I was served by Ailin and she was as equally as helpful and I bought a lovely pair of green earrings the other ladies they're Kim and Georgia were also very helpful. There was a wonderful crystal Panther in the store which was truly awesome I was so happy with the store that I returned with some Movenpick chocolate from where I was staying!
From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by Kim with a lovely smile and excellent customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend the Queen Street Store. Keep up the good work and maintain those standards. I will definitely be back!
DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased a ring and earring set for around $500, for my girlfriend and after just four months of occasional office use, the ring completely blackened. When I went to the store to show the issue, the staff spent over an hour trying to clean it without success. They then suggested bringing the receipt to apply the warranty, admitting that neither the product's quality nor its design was the best. However, after presenting the receipt, they refused to honor the warranty, claiming it was normal wear and tear. Is this level of deterioration normal for just four months? Therefore, do not waste your money on this brand. Both the crystals and the metal used are just trash elegantly packaged.

Bitterly disappointed to not receive a Christmas gift ordered 2 weeks prior. Instore staff service poor and uncaring. Directed me to warehouse number on a Saturday knowing they are only mon-frid. Thanks so much. Do not recommend and will not use again. Merry Xmas swearoffski.
