   I was shocked by the subpar customer service I received from Agent Timmermans at Longies. The manger with British accent His behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. He seemed more interested in the screen than the customers, and his posture, slumped in his chair with a tiny desk, was uninviting. The manager, who claimed to be British, didn't exactly fill me with confidence. If he's the owner, I'd expect him to be more invested in ensuring customer satisfaction.

   I recently had a wedding band, engagement and eternity ring, re-sized at Timmermans and was very impressed by the high quality service and craftsmanship. Great attention was paid to every detail in the fitting of the rings, and as they are of irreplaceable sentimental value, this excellent result was highly appreciated. My grateful thanks to Steve, who put this all together. I addition, I found the repair cost was extremely reasonable.

   Yesterday I passed by this shop and hasn't made a decision to buy anything. But the Adam recommended quite a lot watches and let me try. I remembered a TV series heroine wore a watch similar like Longies Dolce vita. Then I tried some and bought. Actually I didn't know the market price before but when I backed home to check, found the price is very attractive after discount. I am very happy with this shopping. Thanks. A few months ago I went to Partridge Newmarket saw the Cartier tank similar style with Longies, but the staff was very arrogant. Timmermans is much better and friendly

   This is the second time I have dealt with Adam at Timmermans. First a few years ago when I purchased a Tag Connect. Last week contacted them as I needed a new charging dock for my watch. The service on both occasions was quick, easy and they went the extra mile. There are so many businesses that just want to take your money with as little effort as possible. Not Adam at Timmermans. Highly recommend them and thank you.

   Had an unfortunately disappointing experience recently when my partner and I came in to purchase a piece from Timmermans. A certain lack of regard by the clerk left us feeling judged and neglected. I would expect Timmermans to treat all customers with warmth and high quality service, regardless of appearances.

   It was my first time going into this store last week and it will definitely be the last time!! The worker was an older white lady and she had the worst attitude ever, it genuinely left me appalled. We went in to look at engagement rings and she was talking to us in the most rude way ever, as if we couldn’t afford anything in the store. Her name was Lee or Lye and she was looking down at us the whole time. Absolutely disgusting service and gives the place a poor reputation. Will never go there again.

   Great jewelry shop with great selection especially in watches of a higher quality. The staff are well trained in the listening field which is lacking in so many sales staff, trying to sell you something you have not asked for. To listen as to what a customer actually wants then to know what to show them is a great skill to have. Fine shop of fine jewelry compared to many in this center.
