   I had an amazing experience at the Versace store! The moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and really attentive. A special shout-out to Jane — she’s absolutely incredible. She has a great eye for style, gives honest and thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Jane wasn’t pushy at all; she genuinely cared about helping me find pieces that suited my style. Her customer service is next level — warm, patient, and really knowledgeable about the products.    Amazing service whilst holiday browsing - the store was extremely clean and the team extended a very warm welcome during my visit. The young Asian sales assistant was polite and very attentive, giving me personalised recommendations as we walked around the store. Will definitely come back for a second visit with family.

   Extremely unacceptable customer service. Today my husband and I visited the Versace store just to try on some sunglasses. My husband was already wearing his own Versace sunglasses, purchased in Australia. There were two sales assistants in the store: one woman and a young girl of Asian appearance. While we were browsing and trying on sunglasses, the young girl stood over us the entire time, making us feel followed and watched, as if we were doing something wrong. After we left the store without buying anything, the same young sales assistant ran after us and accused us of stealing the sunglasses that my husband was wearing — his own sunglasses. No apology, no professionalism, no respectful approach. Instead, she began taking photos of my husband’s personal property, treating us like criminals. We had to stand there and prove that the sunglasses were ours. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this in a luxury store. I will never return to this Versace store and strongly recommend others avoid it. If this is how they treat honest customers, this place does not deserve anyone’s business.

   Always enjoy my visits and never feel pressured to buy being a long term customer of the brand. The staff are lovely and always helpful. Rose Victoria and Amber always up for a laugh. Probably the friendliest luxury boutique I have ever experienced. ❤️
